The coffee is made right and fairly speedy, staff is pleasant. The new parking lot drive-through-one-way plan is a disaster making it a no-go for me now.The DO NOT BLOCK portion is blocked every day, preventing people from leaving! There is not enough room to back up into the straight through lane, unless you're a mini cooper. And why not any reserved spots for Starbucks, so the gym next door doesn't take every single one??? It's just not worth the hassle when Franklin is a few miles away. Pass.

I come by this Starbucks every once in a while when I'm super tired and need the caffeine, as it's close to my work.I was having a rough start this morning, so decided to stop by on my way to work for a frappachino. As I was walking out the door, the drink slipped out of my hand and exploded all over the sidewalk and me.Embarrassed, I went back inside to the counter to purchase a replacement drink but as soon as I told the folks behind the counter I'd need to buy another drink, as I'd dropped it, they would not take money from me, and immediately went to work making a new drink. They even gave me a towel to clean off the drink remains from my clothes.Starbucks is a bit too pricey for me to go there often, but maybe I'll try to stop in more.I wish I knew the names of the folks who were so kind to me today and made me a new drink, and went above and beyond to be so kind. I'm very grateful!

Why is this Starbucks always closed in the middle of the day, on a non-holiday?

I literally just went Friday and waited 30 minutes for my order and it was wrong so I just left and now came again Sunday and have been waiting for 16 minutes for two coffees. This place has gone down so much in terms of efficiency.wish I could post a pic of the wrong food order here.

Today I waited 30 minutes beyond the estimated time for three food items that I ordered online to pick up in store. The store definitely has some staffing issues to fix.

I don't really like Starbucks, their drinks are always a little too milky, but the people and atmosphere of the place in general it aesthetically pleasing. Pretty nice place to sit.

Made the mistake of ordering inside…. 6 people working,, all working drive thru. At least 15 people inside waiting on drinks. Horrible horrible service especially for time of day.

The first time I went there they have gotten my order perfectly. This time not so great. My pumpkin spice frappuccino was extremely sweet. And the person did not pay attention of how much he was getting and he gave me the wrong change in return.
