We brought 9 middle schoolers for an ice cream birthday treat. The teen girl working at that time had just completed the orders of an entire Girl Scout troop. Not only was she the utmost of calm and collected amid the flurry, she was speedy and friendly. TC Scoops is a Holliston staple- great ice cream and friendly staff!

We’ve used TC Scoops Ice Cream Bus twice now for retirement parties, and both experiences were absolutely fantastic! The owner is incredibly professional, super friendly, and made the whole process so easy. The ice cream truck is very affordable — perfect for any celebration. The variety of ice cream and topping options was amazing, and everyone had a great time. I highly recommend hiring TC Scoops for your next event!
Offers fomu vegan ice cream and were willing to make an ice cream cake. Lots of flavors and staff familiar with vegan options. Right next to a town park and the rail trail, great place to hang outside while eating ice cream.

Your response to customers politely explaining an issue is unprofessional. As a father of a responsible teen I would never let him come to a place run like this. Guess who has the most disposable income? Teens do. Maybe warden is a better career path for you.

So sad about how the owner handled the situation of my son (middle school age) to grab some ice cream. I was getting my two younger ones out of the car while he was waiting inside for me, both young ones in car seats.
My son comes to the car upset, after being inside for a minute. He said he sat down waiting for me. Was asked by the owner “can I help you?” And he responds “ just waiting for my mom” ( for sure, he didn’t explain we were coming in to grab ice cream, but honestly what middle schooler would, unless asked). The owner responded with a shrug and said “ well maybe wait outside.”
He was so taken back with the response, and was so thrown off that he came to the car and asked if we could get ice cream somewhere else. I went in to talk to the owner, it wasn’t busy just three people in there sitting down. I was explained the same situation and she shrugged it off and explained how she’s running a business and a lot of middle schoolers come in and if they aren’t buying anything they would need to wait outside. That wasn’t the case with this situation, but for next time, maybe check in to see if he was waiting for his mom to buy ice cream.
It was more convenient to go there because of the location, but not worth the interaction with the owner and how she handled the situation.
