Shawbak - Lebanese Kitchen & Bakery offers an amazing experience with fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared food. The quality is great, and the hospitality is wonderful. This authentic and delicious spot has been called the best Lebanese food in Boston, with beans that remind of mother's home cooking. The owners are patient, welcoming, and caring, and staff are kind and welcoming in explaining the menu.
Guests have ordered the Shawbak Terwi'aa, Wrap, Spinach Pie, Baklava, Shawbak Smoothie, Lemonade NaNa, and Turkish Coffee. The Shawbak Terwi'aa comes with pita breads, Hummus, Eggs, Olive, Zaatar, Fresh Salad, and Labneh. The Hummus tastes amazing, and the Spinach Pie is a favorite with sweetness, fresh baked out of the oven. The Shawbak Smoothie is rich in flavor, and the Lemonade NaNa is refreshing and one of the best lemonades. The Baklava is delicious, perfectly sized for finger food and sweet in the right amount. The manoush and cheese pie are absolutely wonderful, and the shawarma and falafel are full of flavor and made with care. Everything is made fresh to order and tastes delicious, with love and care put into each food they plate. The atmosphere, the smell, and especially the food bring back that comforting feeling of home. Highly recommended.
