It’s a fish market. They have a small selection of food items they can make for you. The fish was bland no salt in the batter. It was yum but a nice vegetable or slaw would have been nice. Overall I’ve had some tastier fish and chips in other parts of Boston.
Came in while in Boston to see if Turner's had changed at all since my visit 7 years ago. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it hadn't. It was not busy when I walked in and I was seated immediately in a booth if I had any complaints it would have been with the young man seating me all the way back in the back by where the servers get ice and drinks from. Went here for dinner and had a mixed experience. The fried clams were underwhelming—small and lacking flavor, so I wouldn’t recommend them. On the other hand, the mussels were great and packed with flavor. The surf and turf was disappointing; the shrimp breading wasn’t appealing, and the steak tasted like something you’d get at a chain restaurant.
