i went to grab something to eat after a long day and they had no donuts and they couldn’t make any hot food. beyond disappointed and it ruined my day.
Been coming here for years, convenient location mainly. But the place is in need of some work, the furniture looks like it’s out of a landfill, and the bathrooms get a real cleaning maybe once a year, time for a remodel.
I would give most of the staff 5 stars, however the manager Michelle 0 stars if I could. She is so rude, and goes out of her way to say negative things to customers & staff. I have been visiting this Dunks now for well over a year & ordering the SAME coffee every morning. Granted it isn't the "easiest" order but it's still my order and I am still a paying customer, a patient paying customer.
