We are from MN - What's a cannoli? Our son wanted them for his rehearsal dinner so we did a tour of all the places in the area (as well as the "big place" downtown Boston), and Piro's won hands down. We stopped here right before they closed and they made us 2 fresh cannolis- one with pumpkin cheesecake and the other a chocolate filled with chocolate chips. They were phenomenal!! We wished we could’ve gone back before we left the next day! This is a must stop for authentic Italian pastries! Wonderful customer service and great cannolis.

I never met a Piro's dessert I didn't love! Italian cookie and biscotti are great, as well as the fancier creamy specialties; creampuffs, bismarck's, etc. That said, we don't indulge nearly as often as we'd like because the prices are too high, and seem to have climbed each time we go in. Maybe that's a GOOD thing for keeping the pounds off.
