This morning I went to grab a triple mocha frozen coffee before work (it was great by the way) and although the employees were not aware of the possibly discontinued specialty drink, they did their best to make it for me! It was a little hectic in there which is expected as they are right off of the highway and they had a lot of younger staff working, however everyone was very kind and I could see them actively trying to get everyone their orders. The customers were not so patient due to wait times but they failed to see how desperately hard this staff was working. Thank you to all the staff and the amazing shift manager!

Since i have moved close by to this location, (3 months ago) I have faithfully came here every single day for my Dunkin fix ☺️???☕???
EVERY. SINGLE. SERVER. THERE. Gives me the BEST service every time I come in. They are always right there at the counter (your never ever waiting for someone to just realize your there) and you are NEVER ignored. I'm ALWAYS greeted with a smile and polite service and my coffee is ALWAYS made right away! ???
So YES I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND this location and clearly I have NO COMPLAINTS ☺️
Parking: They have a lovely outside seating area with three picnic tables that have umbrellas and it's under some beautiful shady trees ? me and my kids sit out there every time we come!

This Dunkin’ Donuts at Pelham st methuen is no good they always have new people that don’t careand they need more attention to what people order. Every time I go there and ask for a frost chocolate they do it wrong and this morning I ask for a frozen coffee and it taste like the milk is expired taste bad the bagel it looks like they don’t toasted. I rather go to the one in Merrimack st methuen. Don’t buy from this Pelham st methuen Dunkin Donuts.

At 5:30 AM I sat in drive thru line for 15 minutes just to reach the order screen and be told” WE ARE NO LONGER TAKING DRIVE THRU ORDERS , YOU HAVE TO COME IN”If your employee can’t handle the s in the drive thru , perhaps you should pull him off customer service.”I am disgusted at the lack of courtesy , class and work ethic in this location . I wasted my time to be treated that way .
