I picked up 2 snackin bacons this morning at 10am and when I got home the bacon was ice cold and I didn't think nothing of it and minutes later after eating the bacon I had terrible stomach pain and threw up the food.

Came at 9:13 PM planning to get a coffee and sit in the dining area for a brief moment but was told by a Dunkin’ Team Member at the register that the dining area has been closed since at 9 PM even though the posted time on the entrance is 10 PM. The team member then locked the entrance door behind me as I was leaving.

This morning I went to grab a triple mocha frozen coffee before work (it was great by the way) and although the employees were not aware of the possibly discontinued specialty drink, they did their best to make it for me! It was a little hectic in there which is expected as they are right off of the highway and they had a lot of younger staff working, however everyone was very kind and I could see them actively trying to get everyone their orders. The customers were not so patient due to wait times but they failed to see how desperately hard this staff was working. Thank you to all the staff and the amazing shift manager!

On a busy Friday morning. Lots of staff in the store. Cashier could not make change for 20. I ordered snacking bacon. It came burnt. I asked for replacement. That batch came cold. Sigh.

Since i have moved close by to this location, (3 months ago) I have faithfully came here every single day for my Dunkin fix ☺️???☕???
EVERY. SINGLE. SERVER. THERE. Gives me the BEST service every time I come in. They are always right there at the counter (your never ever waiting for someone to just realize your there) and you are NEVER ignored. I'm ALWAYS greeted with a smile and polite service and my coffee is ALWAYS made right away! ???
So YES I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND this location and clearly I have NO COMPLAINTS ☺️
Parking: They have a lovely outside seating area with three picnic tables that have umbrellas and it's under some beautiful shady trees ? me and my kids sit out there every time we come!
