Have been using the excuse the blender isn’t working for almost 4 years now. Anything more complicated then a coffee with cream and sugar and they screw it up and then say they are out of what ever you asked for. Whole crew should be fired and replaced

Horrible. Over 8 employees on a Sunday at noon and the drive thru was out into the street. I decided it looked faster to go in. The drive thru would have been faster. Two coffees and the girl taking the order couldn't get it right 3 different times. The first coffee she had to remake it so it was finally correct on the fourth and with no more patience, I just accepted the second and left. This is why we stopped going to DD. The coffee should be the same, the service should be what we pay for and your job isn't just a social atmosphere for you to be loud, obnoxious, unresponsive and rude to customers.

Went to go get a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and ended up with an english muffin instead. Secondly I ordered hash browns which in my opinion is hard to mess up but somehow they were freezing cold damn near rock solid when I received them. Both my coffee and energy drink weren’t even mixed properly with all the syrup sitting at the bottom of the drink and to they put whip cream instead of cold foam on an ICED COFFEE? Basically if you want to get played with your time, money and patience come here! They seriously need to do a better job and take their job seriously.

The girl who served me, was kind but she gave me a bitter Latte, I was not able to drink it, and she also didn’t change it for me, so I paid money for nothing. Very bad experience.
I picked up 2 snackin bacons this morning at 10am and when I got home the bacon was ice cold and I didn't think nothing of it and minutes later after eating the bacon I had terrible stomach pain and threw up the food.

Came at 9:13 PM planning to get a coffee and sit in the dining area for a brief moment but was told by a Dunkin’ Team Member at the register that the dining area has been closed since at 9 PM even though the posted time on the entrance is 10 PM. The team member then locked the entrance door behind me as I was leaving.

This morning I went to grab a triple mocha frozen coffee before work (it was great by the way) and although the employees were not aware of the possibly discontinued specialty drink, they did their best to make it for me! It was a little hectic in there which is expected as they are right off of the highway and they had a lot of younger staff working, however everyone was very kind and I could see them actively trying to get everyone their orders. The customers were not so patient due to wait times but they failed to see how desperately hard this staff was working. Thank you to all the staff and the amazing shift manager!
