Ribs, Brussels sprouts, fries, hot link sandwich were very good. Brisket on Texas toast was very, very dry (so disappointing). Mashed potatoes were gloopy, runny and generally unpleasant. Was our first time and probably won't be the last - but I'll skip the mashed potatoes.
Finally got a chance to try their food and they did not disappoint.
The ribs were tender and flavorful.
The Texas Hot Link was amazing.
And no BBQ is complete without beans and cornbread.
Can't wait for next time.
