I have been waiting on the phone reimbursement. Nobody’s reached back out to me one of the clumsy. Nurses had dropped my phone and broke it. They had told me they would reimburse me. It has been up to four months and now I have received nothing. No word back no response. I have emailed I even went in person. Nobody’s responded very irresponsible. This place sucks. Checked in 11:30 pm with scrutiating pain (14 of 10) I was the only one on the Emergency waiting room when I got there. 4AM and I was still waiting to be seen, the room got full of patients and nobody had been called in for almost 5 hours. Their excuse was that they were full but it’s crazy that’s not true because many people got discharged while I waited. Left at 4am to another hospital.
4 hours with out any information, no doctor assigned, no nurse to inform, nothing... poor services and the staff just talking and watching their cellphone.
