I usually get the Florida Sunrise flavor, which is amazing if you like citrusy tropical flavors (: However, when we stopped by today, the kind man asked me what flavors I liked and made me a custom flavor combo. I think I said I usually like orange, strawberry, peach, maybe pineapple? It was really good! Love the customer service here and everyone is so kind, I will keep coming back! The ice is crushed and small and chewable which I also love!“

“Two years ago I switched my allegiance from Haute Coffee in Concord, MA to Nibbana Cafe in Lowell. While the coffee at Haute is indeed very good (Counter Culture beans, not local), I find the staff there a bit impersonal. Seating is also quite limited. Nibbana has equally good coffee (if not better, which is really saying something), provided by Tiny Arms, a local roaster. There is plenty of seating and parking at their location at Western Avenue Studios. The coffee is generally light-to-medium roast and they offer an array of interesting, unusual coffee drinks (I only drink espresso, straight, so I can't comment on those). At the time of this review, they have been cranking out lots of new food items. The staff is extremely friendly, always offering a welcoming smile and an enthusiastic "Enjoy!" when I pick up my order. The owners truly live by what Buddhists call "right living". They are very community-focused, and it shows. If you haven't checked out Nibbana, you're really missing out on a special place.“

When we walked in we were greeted by Camilla who is the sweetest! She was making Pão de Quiejo and they were AMAZING. (even better than fogo de chao in my opinion)We both got the Cuban sandwich which was so yummy. The bread was toasted and the garlic sauce really made the sandwich. “I’m a regular here and everything is always amazing! Today, I accidentally received the wrong sandwich, but didn’t realize until I got to work. Josh called me and even offered to have the correct sandwich delivered to me at work! I politely declined, but the offer was so thoughtful and you just can’t beat that level of customer service! “I’m a big fan of bubble tea. I love the Thai milk tea with bubbles. It tastes amazing. I keep going there very often. The store is clean and neat. It can easily accommodate 20 people. Service time is quick, you should get your order within 5min. I felt the bubbles added was very less for a large serving. Parking could be an issue. You will have to find a street parking, which could be challenging over the weekends. Staff is friendly.“

When speaking with the associate she kept turning away to talk and I couldn't understand her, I had to ask her to repeat everything.
Taro milk tea is my go to and the pistachio tasted just like it. No pistachio flavor at all.“

“I visited today for the first time and picked up a combo banh mi and a taro smoothie with boba. The banh mi was very good - the baguette was fresh and crispy and it had the right mix of vegetables to meat. The smoothie was good as well. I will agree with other reviewers that I'm a little surprised that a banh mi is $10 and is not gigantic. Maybe I'm spoiled or maybe it's just inflation but I was getting a lot more for my money with a banh mi at other places a few years ago.

I might go back but if I'm in the area again, I would probably check out some of the competition.
