So I’m new to the area. I had some guys doing work on my house and offered them lunch. Googled the first place and it was here with 5 stars. I personally don’t like to eat Pizza, I’m a steak lover but I said let me get them some food and try a piece. I ordered and I picked it up. The atmosphere was warm, the gentleman that was assisting an elderly woman immediately after asked if I was all set, as I sat down and was watching Trump talk his bs on television. I was then asked to come to the counter and pay in which I did. They also gave me plates and napkins and I came home and tried a piece of this pizza. Delicious it is…. I’m upset I didn’t buy one for myself but I’m sure they’re enjoying it because I definitely did. Thank you for your wonderful service. We will be a customer coming again!

We order pick up and delivery from Methuen House and always enjoy the food and service. Best homemade chicken fingers and the app plater is always a hit. Yesterday I stopped by on the way home cause I didn't feel like cooking. Got my husband and myself a couple of subs. When I went to leave my car wouldn't start. Both the manager Luis and the delivery driver went above and beyond. They helped me so much. They took time out of their busy day and tried jumping it for me. I can't express how nice it was of them. Thank you Luis for helping me.

For years the large mushrooms and onion never missed to be great. Something has changed, the front desk service is not friendly, and the pizza was (I am not going to say anything …). Not acceptable.

I had ordered my food online at 5pm. A club, fries and mozzarella sticks. Received a message that it would be ready by 5:25pm so I headed over to pick up and was there by 5:20pm. Was told it was gonna be right up and was almost ready. 10 minutes passed, 2 or 3 other people got their food. I asked about mine and again was told it would be ready soon. One person ordered in house while I was there and got their food before mine. It was 5:58 by the time I left. If my food was going to take an additional 40 minutes from when I got there I should have been told from the start. Disappointed because the first few times I went here it was decent service and food. After this experience I will no longer be coming back in.
Ok,just a min,wait what,yeah I know,this place is awesome,now it was the first time ever being in this place for me,the head man ,I don't know his name ,but nice fellow.hemade me a chicken stir fry sub with a special sauce they made on site,let me tell you again,OMG insane ,the mixture just nailed my craving for newness,hit it right out of the Park,now if you have not been,you need to go,I give this place another on the must eat here ladder.dont miss out.

My son loves the meatball sandwich.. my go to is the chicken caesar wrap… my wife likes the vegetarian wrap…great quality and even better value… have a nice selection of side dishes… looks like a remodel is happening…
