Food was average and a bit on the pricey side, slow service despite there being many unoccupied tables, appetizers and main course served simultaneously. Worth a peek to see the holiday decorations but sadly, a one and done experience.
Went here for the 1st time and very disappointed. Our waitress was awful. She spent most of her time just chatting with other servers at the bar. Our drinks were empty for a long time. Steak served with no steak knife, had to ask for one. When I asked for a soda refill she took my watered down soda in a plastic cup up to the bar and just added soda to it, instead of emptying it out and refilling it fresh. What a complete discombobulated, unorganized mess!!!! We put our name in and was told 45 min wait. Over An hour later we check on our table and was told that the hostess messed up and gave our table away. One of the members of our party were then told it was going to be another 45 mins for a party of 7. Totaling over 2 hours for a table. While the whole downs stairs is closed!?
