This place, no matter the location, has never been a disappointment. The food is great, the service was awesome, and the atmosphere is always a winner. I love that they are consistently great!
Waiter was flirting with a bar patron, so service was delayed here and there. But good for you bro hope it worked out.
Food wasn’t great compared to other 99 locations. Burgers were hockey pucks and tenders were undercooked.
Generic food, average service, noisy with TV + children.
The staff was kind and attentive, but the restaurant was empty, which gave the impression of one of those 'save our restaurant' shows where the issue is obvious to everyone except the owners. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was very disappointing. The seafood, clearly prepared in advance and then frozen, was awful—cold in some spots, scalding in others, and sitting in water from being reheated. I expected much better.

Usually the Milford Ma 99 is amazing however today’s lunch was the worst meal my kids and I have ever had. I placed a takeout order around 2:00. The restaurant was very slow at this time, it was snowing so the weather might have had something to do with it. My son got steak tips and it was a very small portion. I’m figuring they gave him the lunch by mistake yet I was charged over $24. We all got a side of fries, none of which were edible. I got a grilled chicken wrap and the chicken had been grilled quite some time ago- it was hard. My other son got the country chicken which again just wasn’t very fresh. I realize we went at an off hour but that’s no reason for food not to be prepared fresh. Again the restaurant was dead. Over all disappointing to say the least for a $60 lunch!! I have stopped going to other locations because their quality isn’t what it use to be and I’m afraid this may be another one that just doesn’t seem to care what food they serve to their guests. Maybe if we sat down to eat it would have been better which isn’t acceptable. Waste of money, I would not recommend.

Very subpar experience all around. Like 70's TV dinners out at a restaurant.

Horrible pickup experience. Given wrong food and when called after getting home all they say is oh sorry about that! Thanks for ruining our dinner and saying I’m welcome to drive back and get what I was supposed to.

Not enough help, had to ask for refills. Appetizers were warm. My fish and chips were disgusting. They did remove from the bill. Last visit for me and my family.

For some reason I couldn’t place my order online. We went inside, hostess was super customer friendly, very warm and welcoming. Amazing customer service. This is one of 2 reasons what makes this place amazing.
We ordered, fried shrimp and a burger. First there was enough food to feed 3 or 4 and second it was very good.

Ordered Golden Fever boneless wings and the Flatbread Chicken fajita, never again. The golden fever wings were dry and crunchy and the flatbread “ chicken fajita” tasted fishy. Complete disappointment.
