Got the four cheese mac and honey pepper chicken. It was watery and flavorless. Pasta was terrible. Should have just stayed home and microwaved Mac and cheese would have been better

Two steaks were over cooked and tough. The replaced one of the two steaks and it was raw in the middle. Have to remember Applebee's is a burger and app place only

The service was excellent until I discovered a long hair in my glass of drink. I was utterly disgusted and will never return to this establishment. Why aren’t the workers using hair nets? When I spoke to the manager, instead of addressing the issue, he offered me a complimentary appetizer. The employees informed him about the incident, but they never apologized or came to my table. I requested that he personally apologize, but that was also a futile gesture.
Food was savory and fresh, however it could have been a little warmer.

I ordered rare steak via Uber eats and received a well done dry steak instead. When uber eats decided it was helpful to give a $2 credit for my $26 dinner (i spent $114 for my families dinner in total) i drove to applebees to get a new steak. Upon arrival the waitstaff was so kind and amazing but the manager didn't feel like coming to speak to me. They replaced my dinner but certainly didn't make up for the cooks shortcomings and the extra money I paid for Uber eats along with my drive afterwards to the restaurant! I will never come in here again and i am appalled at how they made up for the crap they served me. Management doesn't seem to care about customer service one bit!

Applebees is usually pretty solid for delivery but this is twice from this particular location where it has just failed as a meal. Tonight I ordered a burger with no pink as the option. And as can be predicted, it was rare. So rare that the burger bun was a soggy with raw burger. My son had a sirloin and it the fattiest piece of meat I have ever seen, grizzle right through the center, making it hard to chew and eat around. We will have second thoughts next time we think about where to go for takeout.
