I love Bella’s food, but the staff’s incompetence is on another level. The place was completely empty, I called ahead, and they told me my pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived 30 minutes later and STILL ended up waiting another 30 minutes. One full hour to make a few esfihas. What’s the point of calling ahead if they can’t honor the time? This was absolutely ridiculous and a complete waste of my time.

I ordered 2 large pizza's which were $35 a piece. $70 for two large pizza's so I figured They would be amazing and they even looked amazing. I couldn't have been more WRONG!!! The chicken and the steak was incredibly dry and absolutely flavorless. The steak was like chewing on a leather boot. The shredded chicken was like eating hay. So in the end I ended up spending $70 on 10lbs of edible cardboard. Threw out 70% of both pizzas. I've never been so disappointed over pizza. I should've just went to McDonald's.

First, tried a cheese pizza and it was served doughy and not fully cooked. Tried again on 2 Cesar salads, zero dressing ,skimpy lettuce and a container with 1/2 nuggets and 1/2 shredded chicken. Wasn’t cheap either

We ordered a large pizza ‘a moda ‘ terrible came it so much extra ham never seen before usually we order from Another pizza place but unfortunately today they were close ! Disgusting pizza came cold very expensive we paid 31$ for a large pizza and pizza came we lot of ham and no chicken which I had add to it extra and no corn ham and tomato pizza they need to call ! Bad very bad stay away from any pizza from this place

We leave 40 minutes away but still drive to get their pizza and desserts. The customer service is great and the pizza is amazing.
Highlight recommended if you like brazilian style pizza.
