Very rude owner and manager. I worked here for less than a week and was not given fair chance at my job. When I asked why he was letting me go he said because of “feelings”. How can I do better in the future if not given proper feedback? Also, they false advertise a lot of stuff. Their ice cream is not homemade and comes on a truck. Would not recommend.

My sister found Bertie's and brought us right back to childhood. Remember the Friendly's Oreo Ice Cream Cake? (With the thick cookie bottom?! And fudge!) Bertie's makes an even better version!

Great ice cream at reasonable prices. Also the place is usually not packed like most other ice cream places (despite the phenomenal ice cream and service) so you can usually get your ice cream quick and actually sit down and enjoy it.
