Went to lunch with a friend. I loved the bowl. Black beans, sofrito, rice, chicken, corn, tomatoes, and more = Lunch and a snack for later.
I will go back.

Horrible service, Food always wrong, They never send guac with the chips even if you select it, Tonight my sons meal was wrong we ordered a steak quesadilla with rice and salsa on the side and he got a cheese quesadilla and nothing on the side, With how much I’m paying to even get this food delivered is absurd but the fact that the meals for my family is ALWAYS wrong is even more absurd, called and talked to a manager got a refund but when I mentioned he needs to start giving feedback to his team he didn’t care one bit. said okay thankyou and hung up, The employees need to read the tickets and make the orders right. period!

Went after work and got my usual burrito bowl , the fajita peppers and onions were over spiced as was the steak as well as burnt.
When I went to fill my drink the machine was out of ice, no biggie we're in the middle of a heat wave but what I didn't like was the manager on duty telling me I should yell at the cashier since it was his job to fill the ice. Excuse me? I'm not about to yell at some teenager who was busy cleaning up the tables and trash while all YOU WERE DOING WAS REFILLING YOUR DRINK!!!!!!!!!
