Girl who works the window weekday mornings is awesome. But whoever is making the bagels needs more training. I pay $4 for a bagel with cream cheese so I expect there to be some on it... not one little dollop that doesnt even cover one half... feel like im eating a dry loaf of bread. Do better.

Tall guy was picking his nose and proceeded to make coffee without washing hands. Unsanitary and disgusting. Person making sandwiches put no gloves on after cashing me out which made me get a refund for my food and as I was sitting in the lobby I saw a rat run in the employee door. Extremely disgusting and needs serious inspection. If you’ve eaten here or had a drink and got sick after, now you know why as they don’t take sanitation serious. Shut this place down

What is the point of ordering ahead in the app just to wait in line then be told to park on the side. Then watch others who just order get their food.

The drink service is fast but anything to do with food takes like 10 plus minutes to get and feel like they are a bit to focused on drivthru orders and mobile orders.
Worst loaded hash browns I ever had!! Waited like 10 min for them too. The has browns and bacon were not cooked either.
