This is probably just one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. It took me 25 minutes to get two things and there are seven people working. Had to go back in to reorder.
Mind you I just got home and all of my drinks are made wrong.

They are horrible here. Twice in the last week instead of a peppermint mocha latte they've given me lukewarm hot chocolate with no toppings that I paid for for seven dollars.

Those two people that make that place work they're not there anymore. Little Indian boy that works behind the counter gets angry when he has to stop staring at his phone and serve customers they'll leave you standing in the front while they stare at their phones when you're just trying to go to work yourself people only go there for convenience not the service believe me I'll drive across town because the people of viciously ruined their but since changing their hours there's no need to go there anymore

New staff ruined this location. There are 4 or 5 Dunkin’s in Milford- I learned not to go to the one next to Dollar Tree because the service was terrible, orders wrong 4 times in a row, barely able to understand the staff. The staff at this one were great, even knew my order after only going there a few times- up until 2 or 3 months ago, when certain employees moved from the S Main st location to this one… and ruined the service. Ordered an iced (only a little) chai latte w/ oatmilk this morning- did mobile order in the hopes they would actually READ the order and follow it. Nope, ton of ice, not mixed at all with the chai syrup at the bottom, not even sure they used oat milk instead of regular because I got sick to my stomach soon after finishing it. Sad, just sad.
