WORST Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been too by far. Food and coffee made terrible every time, the staff are very rude and if you’re in a hurry never plan on a quick trip to this location cause they take absolutely forever every single time

I specifically ordered a hot mocha latte and was charged for an iced. When I asked about reimbursement since iced is more expensive, the clerk tried convincing me it’s ok because it was only 18 cents more. I told her it’s actually more than that but on principle I ordered a hot not iced. I shouldn’t have to pay for an iced. I was very polite but the clerk seemed annoyed that I asked to be reimbursed the difference. How many other people does this happen to and never say anything? It has happened to me multiple times which is why I now ask to be reimbursed.

This is a pretty average location. Drive thru is usually busy so I’ve gone inside the last few times. Staff was helpful to me. There’s no separate driveway though Tal you have to pull into the shopping plaza

Probably the worst Dunkin in town. Some other reviews specifically mention issues with sandwich items, and I’ve had similar experiences. The coffee is often okay but sometimes terrible, which really shuts down the convenience of this location for me. Service is really mixed but lately seems poorer. Try the nearby cafés and coffee houses instead.

All these locations need to be shut down. Corrupt. Horrible management. Non trained, RUDE employees. Nothing has been the same since SF management was bought out by these people. Don’t bother going to any of these Milford locations, you will receive burnt hot coffee or sewer water iced coffee. Forget about the food, they rarely make it. Please don’t waste your time. Go to a different location. Also, renovate this store. Thought it was supposed to be renovated last year.

Literally WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I’ve only been here twice on my way to work and not only are the employees rude, but they are always low on products, consistently mess up order, and they are very unfriendly. My last straw was my second visit(today), when I went through the drive thru and the person on the speaker (mind you also very difficult to understand), spoke in a very rude tone. They stated all of the things they were out of and it got to the point I just drove away. Mind you, I too have a thick accent as I am polish but it was very difficult to understand the person on the speaker. I’m severely disappointed with the new management at this place

Girl with the pretty face and tattoo on her hand was nice eye candy ?… beyond that this place is horrible … 20 min wait for a sandwich and a coffee when there was minimal drive thru customers and 3 ppl in the lobby. Avoid… unless you have an extra half hour to waste in your life for burnt coffee.

This is consistently the worst dunkin I have been to. Every time I go through they will get something wrong without fail. It mostly seems like they can not make sandwiches right, the past two time I have gone my sandwich has been wrong. First it was missing the bacon and adding cheese, I asked for no cheese and it showed that on the recipe. And most recently they put sausage instead of the black pepper bacon on the black pepper bacon sandwich.
