I am reporting these people to corporate. I just had a disgusting interaction with a manager and employee. The manager accused me of stealing from this location and not paying for a previous drink earlier this week. I placed an order through the app as I always do and the money was taken off of my card. This is racial profiling. If I did not pay for the drink, they should not have given me my mobile order days ago. They made a mistake on their end and made awful accusations and I will be going to corporate with receipts.

As someone who works at Dunkin and knows Corprate rules and regulations........this outrageous me.
The manager here claims a reusable metal cup that is not Dunkin brands cannot be used here, while memos from Corprate say that ALL reusable cups with lids are allowed here. The manager tried to discredit me & claimed I didnt know what Corprate standards are, until I showed him my jacket with the Dunkin logo on it. This rude manager forced me to pay nearly 5$ for a drink that with my reusable cup should cost only 3 & change.
The manager was also rude, disrespectful, and does not know customer service standards. I recommend everyone who comes here to go to another Dunkin due to the fact this seems to be a targeted issue here.

This Dunkin’ Donuts location is by far the worst location that I have even been too and to be located in the such a beautiful town I was completely appalled at the lack of customer service skills and lack of hospitality especially from the “shift supervisor”. I have been to a number of different Dunkin’ Donut locations all across Massachusetts and at every single location I have ordered the same drink the same way and have received it with no argument nor complication. Saturday, August 23rd I pulled through the drive through at this location for the very first time because I usually go to the Dunkin’ located in downtown Milford and tried to order my usual, A vanilla bean coolatta, add 2 pumps of strawberry syrup, a employee processed to tell me that I can not order that drink and that I need to order either a vanilla bean or a strawberry one. I reassured them that as a proud Dunkin customer and former employee that drinks are made to customer preference so if I ask for some something to be added into my beverage whether it’s a syrup or a drizzle it is there job to make it the way that I asked for it to be made because I am a paying customer. The employee proceeded to saying “ we will not make it” “ and that “we don’t have to make it” in which I proceeded to leave and drive to my regular location and get exactly what I asked for with no questions at all (picture posted below) these employees need to be trained on customer service skill and customer satisfaction. One bad apple can ruin the bunch and if this location continues with this behavior they will lose customers and drop in monthly sales!

WORST Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been too by far. Food and coffee made terrible every time, the staff are very rude and if you’re in a hurry never plan on a quick trip to this location cause they take absolutely forever every single time

I specifically ordered a hot mocha latte and was charged for an iced. When I asked about reimbursement since iced is more expensive, the clerk tried convincing me it’s ok because it was only 18 cents more. I told her it’s actually more than that but on principle I ordered a hot not iced. I shouldn’t have to pay for an iced. I was very polite but the clerk seemed annoyed that I asked to be reimbursed the difference. How many other people does this happen to and never say anything? It has happened to me multiple times which is why I now ask to be reimbursed.

This is a pretty average location. Drive thru is usually busy so I’ve gone inside the last few times. Staff was helpful to me. There’s no separate driveway though Tal you have to pull into the shopping plaza

Probably the worst Dunkin in town. Some other reviews specifically mention issues with sandwich items, and I’ve had similar experiences. The coffee is often okay but sometimes terrible, which really shuts down the convenience of this location for me. Service is really mixed but lately seems poorer. Try the nearby cafés and coffee houses instead.
