Totally ridiculous 4:20 am no avocado toast because the warmer has not warmed up yet. No bagel options all they could offer is coffee and basically stale donuts.
You people need to be prepared for opening and be ready for your customers to serve the menu options that are offered without the excuses. The district manager needs to do a better job to ensure these facilities are fully operational for opening.

What’s the point of a mobile order if it isn’t EVER ready when I come. Doesn’t matter if I wait 10 mins or 20 mins it’s never ready. Having to wait 5 mins with no one in line waiting to be acknowledged is insane. Y’all need to relearn customer service asap.

This is the worst place to go
People there are so rude I went two time to get coffee and those guys forget about my order twice asked them for my order and just ignored me and then were mad cuz I asked again I'm never coming back at this location they were laughing at me this it's right

I went inside to order the woman took my order and I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese on croissants and a bacon wake up wrap. she repeated back to me. she never put the bacon wake up wrap in the computer and then after I got my other food I asked about the wrap, and she said you didn't order that. I said yes, I did, and you said it back to me. she then proceeded to say well you can pay for it now. I said forget it. I checked the other sandwiches and there was no sausage and not only did the woman who took the order repeat sausage egg and cheese back to me but the man who made them said sausage egg and cheese when he handed me the bag. the sticker on the bag also said sausage egg and cheese. the staff is rude, and the kitchen appeared to be dirty. I will be taking my business to another place. I used to work, and Dunkin and I work in customer service and that is not the way you treat customers. someone needs to teach them how to do their job correctly.

Clean and have a coffee lounge with an electronic fireplace the most cozy and comfortable dunkin' donuts, I have ever been in.

*Used a sliced of croissant that fell on the floor*I went by the drive thru to get a coffee and croissant. My croissant was really burnt but, I still ate it. I noticed my coffee order was wrong though. Thats when I decided to go in get my order fixed. They were kind enough to remake my coffee. While waiting, I was watching the food get prepped. One of the workers dropped a slice of the croissant. He looked around and picked it up. I was watching to see what he would do next. Instead of throwing it in the garbage, he placed it on the side and went to prepare a different order. After he finished that one. He got the sliced croissants that he left on the side, placed it on top of the bacon egg and cheese and closed it up and gave it to the lady from the drive thru. That’s when I spoke up. I told the other guy out loud that he just picked it up from the floor and played it off. They tried to tell me it was a new one. No it was NOT. He did not go to get a new slice of croissant. So disappointed. Just watch your food when it’s being made.

Ordered sandwiches and hot coffee through the drive through the lid wasn't on correctly and completely burned my hand and arm and the guy just walked away for like 2 minutes ans didn't offer me a napkin or ask if I was okay. Our sandwiches where burnt. I won't be returning.
