Whenever I visit this particular establishment, I consistently observe a pervasive sense of dissatisfaction among the employees. This situation has led me to develop a strong aversion towards this location, despite its convenience due to its proximity to my workplace. However, I find it perplexing why individuals choose to work in environments that they find unfulfilling and then exhibit such negative attitudes towards paying customers. Wouldn’t it be more prudent to resign from such a position and seek employment in an environment that aligns with one’s values and aspirations? My dissatisfaction stems from the fact that this issue persists on a regular basis, and I am growing increasingly frustrated with the poor customer service provided. The drinks are consistently prepared incorrectly, and the overall demeanor of the staff is consistently unpleasant.

Was 1$ off from having small sum change. Had a few 100$s on me . Gave the teller a 100$ clearly with managers around her that we’re having their own conversation and listening to what was happening. She said we can’t take $100 bill. Mind you this is with a register full of money I’m being told she can’t take $100 bill. Why are we not taking American currency? This is preposterous. Even more ridiculous that the managers were standing right there and let it happen. Extremely poor customer service. Go to the dunks near KFC instead.

Totally ridiculous 4:20 am no avocado toast because the warmer has not warmed up yet. No bagel options all they could offer is coffee and basically stale donuts. You people need to be prepared for opening and be ready for your customers to serve the menu options that are offered without the excuses. The district manager needs to do a better job to ensure these facilities are fully operational for opening.

Went to this store and didn't get a Hello, or Have a good day response at all!!! Whoever was the one giving our order suck in customer service!!!!!He didn't even say a word!!

What’s the point of a mobile order if it isn’t EVER ready when I come. Doesn’t matter if I wait 10 mins or 20 mins it’s never ready. Having to wait 5 mins with no one in line waiting to be acknowledged is insane. Y’all need to relearn customer service asap.

This is the worst place to go People there are so rude I went two time to get coffee and those guys forget about my order twice asked them for my order and just ignored me and then were mad cuz I asked again I'm never coming back at this location they were laughing at me this it's right
