I know you're thinking the same, who leaves reviews for Dunkin's unless something bad happened?Actually I'm not a big reviewer either unless something worth writing happened. This Dunkin shop is one of them.This location is probably the cleanest Dunkin's in Massachusetts, and it closes at 9pm. I've only ordered coffee and donuts here so I can't speak for the sandwiches, but everything's been good so far.This location is just so clean that it...

Order wasn't prepared right (sandwich only had one sausage when I requested 2 pieces in the app when placing the order). They begrudgingly offered to remake, but was in rush and didn't have time to wait. They were unable to offer a refund since I paid in the app. Corporate needs to figure out a way to make that happen, otherwise it's just theft.
