$27 wasted on two combos. This was hands down the worst KFC experience I’ve ever had. The chicken was cold and slimy, and the fries were awful. Only two employees were working, and they were clearly annoyed when I complained about the food quality. They remade the tenders, but the replacement was just as bad. No apology, no accountability.
You’re honestly better off going to Big Y on the other side of the parking lot if you want edible chicken. Do not go here.

The management at this restaurant is completely incompetent and should not be handling food. I placed an online order and they couldn't find it for 45-60 minutes and refused to make a new order for me when I arrived. When they finally located it they wanted to give me the old, cold food; I was insistent that they make a new order and they gave me macaroni and cheese with no noodles (which I discovered when I got home) it was just cheese sauce and the sandwiches were cold. This place is a joke and it's the worst! General management does not care; they would not call back to address, so I had to call corporate for a refund. This place is absolutely pathetic!

Terrible service on a mobil order. The manager on duty refused to help with finding my prepaid order via the designated KFC-generated order number, name, email address. She went to the back of the store and refused to give KFC's regional manager's name and telephone#. When I called KFC call center which is a 3rd party vendor, they can only take name, your number and someone will call you back within the week!!! A highly frustrating response. When I walked back in with my mom the manager finally fulfilled the order only to get in wrong. The Mac and cheese was served with cheese only, NO macaroni, the potatoes were soupy and starchy, and they gave a side of gravy (enough to serve 10 people). The chicken sandwiches were cold but the biscuit was the only palatable food on a $21.00 order. AVOID KFC as they have NO interest in serving you decent food. Beware, caution is the tagline for this store.
