I order ahed. Did an online order and waited over 30 minutes to get my food. Not only did I wait for my food for over 30 mins my food was cold. There sign “rapid pick up” is not true. Over 30 minutes I waited even when I ordered ahed and waited. I love penera but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

This is Panera, plain and simple. This location is a very good site to meet or have food or drinks. The only downside, which applies to most food establishments, is the prices have risen quickly and it can be $20 for a lunch.

Been here a few times, never very good. This time was strike three (or four, or five). Ordered a sandwich with extra meat, extra arugula, tomato, and aioli... got an ungodly amount of mostly wilted arugula, regular meat, one lousy tomato, and couldn't even tell if there was any aioli on it.

Egg was missing from the egg sandwich - I was given extra arugula instead of light. 👎🏼

It's not a bad spot for a quick bite. As usual, they always mess up our order and give us a cup instead of a bowl. Not sure what pulls in the crowds, but they really need to rethink their setup and step up the customer service game.

Panera “retired” their best sandwich, the Napa Chicken salad”, so I ordered their Garden Caprese melt on a french baguette. It arrived with soggy, old lettuce, tomato slices so thin they turned into mush, & I struggled to find slices of mozzarella as they too were paper thin. Panera Bread’s Nutritional information for this 1/2 sandwich lists Protein at 16grams. The amount of mozzarella on this sandwich would barely get to 5 grams of Protein! If I had dined in, I would have returned that sandwich, but alas, ours was a DoorDash order so perhaps it wasn’t a priority for the staff at this Panera. Nationally, Panera Bread should so us all a favor & bring back the Napa Chicken Salad & discontinue the Garden Caprese sandwich immediately!
Dietary restrictions: Garden Caprese Sandwich: If you’re wanting to have a vegetarian option that’s high in Protein, skip right over this. The 1/2 sandwich is allegedly 16 grams but in reality the thin slices cannot possibly be that amount!

It's a Panera. They had clean bathrooms and on a busy day they were very fast and efficient and the girl at the pick up window was very nice and friendly. Will definitely go to this location again.
