Note, we had our balls get stuck in the return 3 times. Normal regulation sized balls. The staff got them out but the return mechanism on lane 8 might need fixing.

Bowling was fine, but I paid $10 for the vending machines but the person at the counter just said my card isn’t working and I didn’t get anything. I didn’t even get my money back. Never again!

Shout out to the team at PiNZ! I brought my team there for an employee appreciation day, and it was a blast. We coordinated with their team for our event, and from beginning to end, the experience was fantastic! We're already planning our next outing there!

I wish I could give zero stars but I can’t I so I will deal with it. Where do I even start? I came in with my wife and all the staff were standing there at the desk and just chatting while I waited to ne checked in for about 10 mins and there was no one there. Finally when the staff came to the desk they told me sorry we don’t take Apple Pay or anything like that so I had to go back in vehicle to grab my wallet. I got my shoes and they were completely torn, had holes and were ripped.We finally got a lane and everything, went to roll my own personal ball that I brought and the ball developed so many dirt marks and scratches from the lane not being taken care of( no oil on the lanes at all). We finished our first game and I went up to the desk to ask for a second game, there was no one there for 15 mins and they were in the back chatting and gossiping over nothing while im waiting to be helped.
I have been bowling my whole life from Florida all the way to Maine and I have never seen such a crappy alley. I love the game because it allows me to relax with my wife and just have a great time but this has ruined it for me. I will never come back ever again and never will recommend a place like this to anyone. What a waste of time and money. Idk what’s worse the lanes or the employees?

pretty average bowling place. nothing particularly wrong happened besides when we were in the private room and she forgot there was a reservation and we had to move. everyone had fun though. we have had trouble here in the past, but nothing like that happened again. arcade is very big and you get a lot of points from each game-not a scam where you get one ticket in a game. nothing urges me to strongly recommend this place to you🤷♀️

We got there when they opened and two buses full of kids went in and took every lane but one . So our group of 5 kids and 3 adults got the last lane. Everyone had a good time thanks to the girl working the desk who was extremely busy trying to get all the kids with the right shoes and bowling I was amazed by how hard she worked

Great date night. Nice people, good drinks, fun time overall. Also Chris gave me a duck from the arcade machine since they were out at the bar. My specialty drink was supposed to have a duck and he delivered. He deserves a substantial raise for that alone. Will return
