This is a scratch kitchen that pays attention to details, the wonderful server Allie had so much helpful insight as to what we would love from the menu, she was promt friendly and extremely personable! We started with the feta truffle fries which were so flipping good im willing to put them in my top three! We tried a few different gluten free pizza options which is rare. Both were amazing from the flavor pairing to the pizza being cooked to perfection we couldn't ask for more, but Allie was smart enough to put us on to a gluten free cremè brule that we split and both fell in love with, thanks to all the staff cant wait to come back!!

Grand slam of a food destination and the brick ovens beg that you try the pizza. The aroma to the remodel was done so well. Even the vault door remains enshrined on the property. The bar is huge, spacious and not jammed. They most certainly have rush times like lunch. However the staff moves almost like a fine tuned guitar slinging notes in honey cups of pepperoni. Loved the food here is a understatement and testament to perfection 👌. The staff is really engaged in making it memorable as well. Great drink menus back up the fire lit stoves that supply tasty meals. Try the potato meatballs and the flatbread pizza a must. Just leave room for ice cream..I said it just trust me. I can't even do it justice just read the menu description and plan a adventure worth the trip. Im not even going to explain the burgers and wings. Figure it out by looking at what streams out of the kitchen, greatness.

Love the rail trail. Great drinks and food. The Milford location can get noisy because of the acoustics I think. But otherwise it's a great local spot
Definitely slow service, took a while for waitress to come back to check on us a few times. But great food.
My friend and I had lunch at the Rail Trail Flatbread Co. in Milford yesterday and I was so impressed by our experience that I felt compelled to post a review. This is the first restaurant review I have ever written. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive throughout giving us time and not rushing us, but he let us know we were not forgotten when our order was taking too long. The chef was having trouble with the wood-fired oven and one of the two flatbreads we ordered was not cooking to his satisfaction. The manager (or possibly one of the owners) delivered the one flatbread to our table. He apologized for the delay and informed us that our meal was on the house. My friend was offered the chance to order something other than a flatbread because of the issue with the oven. The burger and fries he ordered instead were delicious and came promptly. Though neither of us ordered beer, we were impressed by the extensive beer menu. As it turned out the oven issue was resolved and the second flatbread was delivered to our table as well. Everything was delicious and the service was superb! I am bringing my husband to Rail Trail Flatbread for Valentine's Day and I believe this will become a favorite spot for us. I only wish I had discovered this restaurant sooner. Thank you Milford Rail Trail Flatbread Co.!
First of all, our service was excellent! Our waiter was on top of everything and we never had to hunt for them. Food was okay, the pizzas interesting but unspectacular, although the crust was really nice. It was very crowded when we arrived, but because we had reservations we didn't have to wait at all for that table, but it continued to be a real mad house for an hour or more afterwards. But in spite of the load, our food arrived quickly.

This place is amazing and I would highly recommend to anyone. Food was delicious, the place was beautiful, very accommodating and sitting next to the pizza oven was awesome on a cold day. If you love thin pizzas, this is your place! The only minor recommendation would be to add more Blue Cheese to the pizza, but sometimes that can b a matter of taste, we just did not get enough. Cheers and great job!

Overall good. Steak and cheese flatbread had very little steak. Booth too small for, appetizer, 3 flatbreads, an burger and drinks. We felt squished. Wish I knew there was parking in the back. I believe I circled 3 times before I scored a street spot. That's certainly not the fault of the restuarant. We'll be back Thank you
Priscilla was my waitress tonight for a girls night out! She was so attentive, funny, and the food service was fast, and delicous! Cannot wait to visit again soon. Priscilla made us feel so welcome and shared so many laughs, she is amazing!

Priscilla was THE BEST. I highly recommend requesting her as your server when dining here. She knew exactly what we wanted without us asking. She provided some of the best customer service I've ever had at a restaurant.

This is my first time at this branch. I went there fir a business meeting at 1:30pm. It was very spacious. The food was great. I was overjoyed that they have my favorite dish, Buffalo Chicken flatbread, which was discontinued at the Hudson location 2+ years ago.
