Wednesday is trivia night. The bar was packed. It was difficult to hear the trivia questions. The ac was too cold , i was freezing for me. Then it was off and I was too hot! No happy medium. Steak tips were tender. I had french fries and broccoli.

recieved my food with hair in it . manager never came over to talk to me. my server was great about the situation & offered me another food option but unfortunately when i received my second dish , it came to late and asked to take it to go when i got home to eat it chicken was not cooked all the way through & once again found hair in my food . absolutely disgusting & disappointing . i don’t even know why i had to pay for my bill when i couldn’t eat anything

I've eaten here a few times. They're very good at handling allergies. I have celiac disease and my friend has a nut allergy. Neither of us have ever had an issue. I love the harvest bowl!
Dietary restrictions: They label their menu with GF items. I believe they can even make safe fries in a dedicated frier

We ate at the bar. Bartenders were very friendly and provided great service. My wife had a salad with turkey tips and I had the fried chicken. Both were outstanding! Great value.

Excellent! Everything with my meal and my husband's meal was excellent in both of our opinions. Not a single complaint. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable, and I was pleasantly surprised to find multiple ciders on tap. Can't say enough good about this place

Food was good but the service was bad at best at this location. The waitress disappeared at times for what seemed like forever. Had to ask several times for plates and silverware for the cake we brought with us for my father in law birthday.

So I order from here all the time, and it's ALWAYS been 100% satisfaction. Tonight, i placed a takeout order and some of the items I wasn't super happy with, and I did call because this had never happened before. Spoke to a manager, her name was Alex and she was super sweet and listened to my concerns and gave me a refund which I didn't even ask for. So I'm VERY appreciative of that, and her customer service was on point. She said she always wants to make sure what people are getting they are completely satisfied with. So this will not stop me from ordering there again! Hope next time it's back to what it usually has been! And thanks Alex ?
