Been a customer for years. This new ownership is not very friendly. I ordered through their “preferred” service. So I called as it was taking over 70 minutes to get here.
The owner just told me I have to call that company and complain and hung up the phone. This is the second time this has happened.

I have ordered wings several times and they have been good. Apparently they lowered the quality and are using miscuts large pieces of Bohr sticking out and does not even look lije a wing.too bad won’t be ordering again anytime soon

DO NOT ORDER HERE! All the reviews are fake. They are going to scam you. It’s not the same owners we all know and love. We ordered a few subs. I got buffalo chicken, the sub arrived and it was bread with frozen Purdue chicken nuggets inside it. No buffalo sauce, no lettuce, no cheese, no nothing. So I called them because I genuinely thought they made a mistake. I was told “see that pepper on the bread? That’s buffalo flavored seasoning.” They tried to tell me that the pepper flakes in the batter were buffalo flavoring!! And the sun does not come with anything a sub is supposed to come with. All the other subs were just as bad. Absolute trash

We ordered the most disgusting food ever through grabhub or some random third party delivery service rosa's chooses to use. The confirmation email said it all. We are not responsible if you dont get your food, if something is missing ect, ect. We got burned everything except the salad which was hot because it was placed inside the hot delivery bag. So shame on Rosas for burning the food and for choosing such a shifty delivery service.

I have been going to Rosa villa for years. They may have the best buffalo chicken and BBQ chicken pizzas in Milford. Staff has always be friendly and service is always good. Their sheet pizzas are great for parties.

Ordered at 5:08pm…had to call twice to be told at 7:38pm that they were having issues and couldn’t fulfill the order within the next hour. Was lied to on the first call, when I was told my order was just coming out of the oven. Completely unacceptable service. Loyal customer lost.
