Clean bathrooms. Everything else was nice like Starbucks should be, but extra points for clean bathrooms! Staff were very happy and professional!

My favorite Starbucks
I brought a picture and a copy of my receipt my previous coffee was all ice and made wrong the woman names Sarah was very rude, ignorant and unprofessional in handling my issue she questioned me if I drink it which I did a few sips and it was gone I asked her for a replacement and she said I will give you fifty percent off she told me the ice has to melt and that’s part of the drink? I spend 25 dollars a day that’s around 9,000 a year at Starbucks to have some employee with a filthy attitude treat me like crap! This happened on April 14, 2025 around 8:am usually the employees are nice and professional Sarah needs some training on how to treat customers I notice she also spends a lot of time on her phone while working
Starbucks always nails it with its unique interior design and local art. Unfortunately, the service could use some improvement—you'll be waiting for about half an hour before your order is ready. I wish the baristas were friendlier and more interactive with customers while they wait for their coffee.

Stopped in here last night and the food case was SWARMING with little flies. See the video. There was also no one in line and when I had entered, there wasn’t a long line at the drive thru either yet I was left waiting for five minutes so I just walked out and went to the Starbucks in Hopkinton. This is genuinely the grossest Starbucks I’ve been to yet with poor customer service.

Incapable of dealing with rush situations, leading to forgotten about items. Employees, while understandably stressed out, also acted rude when asked about the items after 30 minutes of waiting post getting drinks.

This is no reflection on the Milford location as they are amazing, yet I proceeded to pay with my card that’s on the app and they removed twice the money
. When I called to have it resolved they were telling me that that’s not true and that there’s nothing they can do. I had also spoken to a live agent that says she can see this happened but when I called they would not fix it. I was extremely disappointed and encouraged no one to use their app as who knows how much money they’re pulling from you when you’re not looking
This Starbucks location is always a good place to go, with great service even early in the morning.

It shouldn't take 20+ min to get an iced coffee in the middle of the day. Also saw someone leave their drink and take a water because they didn't make it correctly and nobody even noticed

It’s not just the one in Milford but about EVERY Starbucks I go to. It’s the same every time!!! Do workers not know the menu? I’ve ordered a Double Chocolaty Chip Frap in South Carolina, Texas, all over Massachusetts and I received the order wrong each every time. Starbucks should really train their people! Why is it different every time. Just make it how it’s suppose to be
