I ordered three coffees on the app and went to pick up past the time estimate. The store was empty except for three staff who looked confused I was there and waiting. He (manager?) asked for my name and brought one drink, incorrectly made. It took them twenty minutes to get all three drinks to me, another one with too much cream and no flavor shots--all with almost no traffic in store. Seems they didn't know how to do their jobs.

We go to this one mostly for the drive thru but good lord they need a better system. My wife and I pull up after placing our order and while we got her food and latte in no time I had to wait at the drive thru for 8 minutes for my cold brew. That isn’t acceptable to wait that long at the window. They should stop taking mobile orders if they are getting backed up because that is ridiculous.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this Starbucks. I waited over 30 minutes just for 2 drinks and a sandwich, which is already frustrating. But on top of that, my order was completely wrong. I ordered a hot drink and was given a cold one, and I asked for regular egg bites but received veggie egg bites instead.
For the amount of time I waited, the least they could do is get the order right. Definitely not a good experience and not worth the wait.

I live in Holliston, which for me is in the middle between the shop in Milford Crossing and the one in Medway and 99% of the time I choose Medway. Just now, 3 staff members walked by me while I was in the cashier and no one came to get my order. I was the only one in line. It felt as they had no urgency for only one person in line. Several folks did not stop one drink and another to ring me in the cashier. Nope. I have noticed in many locations before where they prioritize car lane over the people at the store. So I decided to walk out without placing my order and as I did so and I said “sorry I gave up,” the staff looked and simply said “soooorry!” Careless! She is ready for the holiday season!
The most important thing when selling coffee is consistent quality. We went on 2 days in a row, and the Cafe Cortado was totally different on the 2nd day. Too much milk, ruining the bold flavor Cafe Cortado is supposed to have. Poor training?

I mobile ordered a trenta strawberry acai (and payed for it) then when I got it, it was a venti size and my recipe even said trenta.

I brought a picture and a copy of my receipt my previous coffee was all ice and made wrong the woman names Sarah was very rude, ignorant and unprofessional in handling my issue she questioned me if I drink it which I did a few sips and it was gone I asked her for a replacement and she said I will give you fifty percent off she told me the ice has to melt and that’s part of the drink? I spend 25 dollars a day that’s around 9,000 a year at Starbucks to have some employee with a filthy attitude treat me like crap! This happened on April 14, 2025 around 8:am usually the employees are nice and professional Sarah needs some training on how to treat customers I notice she also spends a lot of time on her phone while working
My coffee was good, but none of the workers i encountered were friendly.

Rude cashier at closing. Retail can be hard, we all have bad days but I’ve done it before, what I don’t do is take it out and get micro aggressive to customers who weren’t even being mean

My daughter’s pink drink (which she usually orders) made her nauseous and my black coffee tasted different (watered down). Plus, the service is lacking; not the same friendly atmosphere. I’ve noticed a sharp decline in quality over the past several months (new management).
