The Baristas are friendly but the manager was rude.

I had to stay outside in the rain because the interior was so dirty. I asked for a wipe to clean the outside table as well.

I’ll mobile order and drink and eat at home next time.

Staff are very nice, but I've been here twice in the last week and both times I have ordered a mocha and been given caramel and not noticed until I was already on the highway on the way to work. Both times it was different workers at the window and taking orders.This may not be an issue for some people, but when I'm spending nearly 10 dollars on a coffee and hate caramel, this is really not acceptable. Mocha is not even close to caramel. They don't even sound the same. I won't be returning.

Takes a lot for me to leave a bad review but here I am. Did a mobile order told me time frame would be 8 min. After 10 I go inside to retrieve my drink and my breakfast sandwich, none of which was out. After 4 min of waiting in finally attended to and informed the lady working the counter I had an online order. She looks and tells me she did my drink wrong and will bring it out shortly, I didn’t get a chance to ask about my food. After she brings me my drink I ask her about my sandwich. She appears to grab a receipt which was left unread that had my food order and then began on making it. I then wait another 10 min a sandwich which honestly takes like 10 seconds to microwave. The sandwich was placed in front of me by another person working and they never informed me that was my food. It took the lady working the counter to inform me that my food was finally done and was left out for me to figure out. No name was called out, nothing. This establishment lacks communication, professionalism and customer service. No napkins in the dispenser, and to add insult to injury, no one apologized for the 25+ minute wait. UNACCEPTABLE!!

Walk in. They had no system like other Starbucks to make sure people in the store didn't get behind all the online orders. Waited 35 minutes then went to complain and get a refund and waited another 15 minutes until I finally yelled out, is someone working the cashiers? Finally someone came forward. 45 minutes to get a Starbucks, ridiculous!

One of the worst Starbucks experiences I've encountered. Either the employees were all brand new because service was extremely slow or they were not trained right or they just did not feel like hustling.I waited 45 minutes very patiently for four shots.

This location is fundamentally incapable of dealing with a crowd (i.e. getting orders to customers in a reasonably timely fashion). I waited for 20+ minutes before leaving, frustrated, without my latte. The staff seems friendly enough. They can take care of you off peak hours. However, if you see a line either at the drive-through or inside the store, I would leave immediately and go to another location.
