We go to this one mostly for the drive thru but good lord they need a better system. My wife and I pull up after placing our order and while we got her food and latte in no time I had to wait at the drive thru for 8 minutes for my cold brew. That isn’t acceptable to wait that long at the window. They should stop taking mobile orders if they are getting backed up because that is ridiculous.

I would like to give a specific shoutout to a worker there that I see very often due to i’m guessing how many shifts she picks up. Jayda goes above and beyond everytime to make sure i’m always satisfied with my orders. I’ve noticed often times there has been some other works who have not put in their fair share and do very sloppy work (she wears her hair in a ponytail, older, and always has the starbucks visor on) So if you do go to the Milford location please ask for Jayda...

I don't buy food but I go to Starbucks because it's always consistent and everything is done the exact same way. Except for when they add cream that's the only part that differs from one person to the other.
