Place is dirty , waiters are regularly dropping F bombs . Myself my wife and child were the only ones in the whole restaurant and it took 45 minutes to get our food . Men’s bathroom had gang names carved in the mirror. I was very surprised . Won’t be back.

This place was terrible. We didn't receive refills on our iced tea or water. We had to get our own silverware from another table because our server / bar tender forgot. My steak was undercooked but by the time he came around it was cold and I said forget it. My husband's steak was over cooked and he couldn't eat it. We also got wings for an appetizer but there was hardly any sauce on them , thankfully there was a bottle of sauce on table.So disappointed

Kinda sad. I used to love coming here. But what a horrible experience. Placed a to-go order over the phone. Woman took the order. Went to the restaurant and the guy says “we don’t have the order”. I’m thinking. Oh maybe I called the wrong Fridays. Cause ya know, it’s not like I don’t frequent this one. Nope. I called the right one. I’m like “I spoke to a woman”. Without even trying to rectify the situation, the lovely employee responded with an attitude “oh well no girl is working”. Ok so I made the entire thing up. Now I’m waiting another 20 min for my food. Didn’t even offer money off or even the food free. Despite being in the wrong. Mistakes happen. I work in customer service. But I also try to validate the customer. Not be condescending. Never going back.Edit: Of course the food is wrong. Chicken isn’t cooked extra. Literally all I requested. Because instead of trying to solve the issue and get it right. The whole process was rushed and I spent $20 on food that I don’t like. Food that was given to me by someone who clearly didn’t wanna help me.

The food was good, and the service was a little slow. There were only 2 other tables beside us. Our server was very nice and polite. We sat in the bar area, and the younger employees were on their phones, not really checking on their tables. We had to keep waving down our waiter to get more drinks and check.

Food was good but the server was more on his phone than asking us how the meal was. I had to flag him down to get another juice my child and didn't ask me or my wife if we needed anything.

The website, insistent, upon a tip, and yet the server didn’t even bother, checking the order or reading the ticket, it’s just not worth taking it back... DRY as a bone - no wing sauce only rib sauce (no choice on site) and of course - no Cole slaw. Terrible and I've >1000 Fridays points. See my photos in the photos tab - ridiculous - what used to be reliable - now twice in a month - wasted money.

The restaurant was short staffed with only 1 server. We were advised before being seated and understand times are tough for restaurants, so it didn't deter me. I will say service and food was good for being only one server. No crazy wait and all of our meals were done great.

I actually didn't eat. I had driven by a number of restaurants and all were packed. Couldn't find a seat at the bar at 2 different places. Stopped at the TGIFridays in Milford. The parking lot was empty and so wasn't the restaurant. I sat at the bar and ordered a very good, very cold draft beer and looked over their full menu. I just couldn't bring myself to order food. Large place and I saw 1 bartender, 1 server and I think a manager. I questioned the quality of the food without ordering. My bad, but you have to prepare food, if no one is ordering how fresh is it. Again, everything was fine but I did not order any food. It's 6:30 pm on a Thursday night.

4 of us went in for dinner and we sat in the bar area, the waiter came over we told him give us a few minutes, never came back! So dissapointed I love TGI Fridays but I don’t know if I’ll go back! Sat for 20 minutes not one person came back so we walked out! Horrible service
This was my third and last time coming here the second time I visited this place it took them the whole time we were there to make my husbands drink. They didn’t apologize or discount it third time the was this weekend first the potatoe skins were not good. It’s like they out a slice of cheese on them it was very bland and I ordered loaded potatoes the portion was very small but barely any cheese or bacon. The broccoli also no lemon or seasoning at all and the ribs had freezer burn that got cooked over. The drinks were ok but they took a very long time again with the drinks. It’s the next day now and both me and my significant other have stomach virus so we won’t be returning. Let me end by saying the people are nice but the service quality is not good also the food quality is not good.

I probably won’t go back to this place, hostess seemed clueless and made everyone wait when the restaurant was basically empty and just left to the back. Waiter walked by and seemed confused we were waiting and seated us. Service continued to be poor with wrong food and lack of care. This restaurant needs to work on staffing and customer service. my girl also felt stomach sick the next day and I can’t even imagine why.

Was there for 4 hours. Service was non existent and the manager checked on all tables except ours. A large group came and left before we even ordered food. Nothing was taken off the bill. I’ve never had a worst experience

Jeff was so nice!! He mentioned he was new and didn’t even seem like it, he took care of us very well! Thought he was a manager, the way he cared about us and that we had a great experience!

My server Mike was wonderful. Though it was lunchtime, it wasn't busy and the speed of service was exceptional. I would recommend this location to anyone in the area. Let me not leave out the fact that the food was delicious.
