Worst wendy’s to eat from. They are sooo dirty. Guaranteed to get your order wrong. And the manager is extremely rude.

Probably one of the most awful bathrooms. I always tell people; when you go to an establishment, go to the bathroom and you can see how they treat the whole place. So I hope they take this seriously. Sorry 😢

Employees at this Wendy’s Location are awesome, always greeted with a smile and the service is great. The only problem I have is they are not clearing ice or snow off the sidewalks very well , so walking into this restaurant can be pretty hazardous. They need to do a better job at clearing ice and snow off the sidewalks and the parking areas.

“Sorry for your wait” is an extremely appropriate thing to expect when you are the only person at the counter and there are seven workers not taking your order. There was no one at the drive thru so I’m not sure what was so busy but It’s fine you’re not going to get an argument. McDonald’s is close enough and it’s better anyway. Please teach your staff that phrase of “ I’m sorry for your wait…it’s pleasant

Ordered a breakfast burrito and breakfast croissant. Was given 2 x chicken sandwiches. Why would I want lunch when I'm there for 7:00 in the morning. A cold coffee given to me. Horrible customer service. This location needs new management.

Good 75% of the time, the other 25% of the time they put bacon on stuff that isn't supposed to have bacon. If you have a bacon allergy or keep kosher/halal, maybe order elsewhere. Otherwise good.

The ai literally sucks it rushes first of all second of all it doesn't put the right foods down. The people were rude when we tried to fix it. Very unpleasant. Never again.

I waited 10 minutes in line along with others to see this awful team argue and not take one order I’m working and trying to grab something to eat at a FAST food restaurant. NO ONE came to even say a word this place sucks this is why you guys don’t make good money because you don’t work for it

i don't usually leave negative reviews but this location switched to using AI to take my order & it was so stupid. took multiple tries to make the AI understand my order & even though the screen was correct by the end my order was still wrong. i got spicy nuggets (which were disgusting) instead of regular nuggets like i ordered. ruined my night. sad to see wendy's now believes in shortchanging their human workers and selling out to AI!!

I’ll never understand how the hell it takes LONGER at a fast food place than for me to place an order online at a regular restaurant and get it myself. Trash service and ALWAYS slow.
Be prepared to wait for your food longer than it’ll take you to eat it

Only good thing Wendy’s has going for it in 2024 is price. Cheapest food out of the big 3 (Wendy’s, McDonald’s, BK)

An attendant unwilling to work, there was no tray to put the snack on because the attendant did not want to sanitize, lack of toilet paper in the bathroom, lack of napkins and straws.

I ordered the new kraby patty burger, and was completely blown away. It was quite literally the best burger I've ever had in my life. In fact it was so delicious, that I began to wonder if SpongeBob himself was actually making the burgers and that's why it was so delicious. After that, I could not get the thought of a sea creature handling my food out of my head. The thought disgusted me so much that I lost my appetite. I know it probably wasn't SpongeBob actually making the burgers, but it would be disgusting if he was. This seems like a situation were the food was so delicious that it hurt it's rating.
