This Wendy's has an AI that takes your order and it kept getting my order wrong. Then when I got to the window to pay and get my food, the customer service was not good at all. There were two people there and both seemed to be in a rush to give me my food and got irritated when I asked for a cup of ice. Food overall was fine. Don't love the computerized ordering but whatever. When I got my food the girl didn't say a word. They also owe me a medium fry. Wasnt in the bag. Not the Milford Wendy's I remember.

When ordering it was a robot and it made the meals combined. I ordered 3 kids meals and instead of being able to order each one it made them all the same thing. When I tried to have help change it they couldn't do then they made me go to the next last window and it took them 5 minutes to figure it out. The food was good though and they did in the end fix the problem with the meals.
