“The team here is really exceptional, they're always super friendly and attentive. I also love love love that this location has the classic interior decor! The Italian pastoral themed wallpaper and wood panel design is so inviting, and it really sets this place apart from the many bland beige restaurants that are so common today, it creates an atmosphere that feels perfect for going out with friends or family.“

“I never heard of Tony's and I don't particularly like pizza but when I drove by it years ago and saw it I told my now wife that that was Tony's and it has good pizza and everybody knows Tony has good pizza. In fact I bet if I was discussing with my friends good pizza and another friend overheard me and asked me what I was talking about and I said I was talking about good pizza they would say you must be talking about Tony's because Tony's has good pizza. So Facebook asking me to rate this place, which I finally stopped at to pick my wife up some pizza even though I was over an hour away from home is stupid because everybody knows Tony's has good pizza, and if you are talking about good pizza you must be talking about Tony's.“

“Although I do recommend their food, i have a complaint that needs to be addressed by management sooner rather than later: Lost Prescription Glasses at Antonio’s – Seeking Help On Saturday, February 8, I dined at Antonio’s in Worcester and accidentally left my prescription glasses on the table. The next day, I called the restaurant, and a staff member confirmed they had found them and would set them aside for me. However, when I went to pick them up on Monday, my glasses were nowhere to be found. I asked the staff to check the security cameras, but I was told they didn’t have time, and later, another employee said the cameras wouldn’t show the seating area. I find it concerning that my glasses were supposedly found on Sunday but had disappeared by Monday. I’ve now been without my new prescription glasses for three days, and replacing them will be a costly expense since my insurance won’t cover another pair this year. I’m simply asking Antonio’s to review the camera footage to determine what happened. If they find my glasses, great—it will save me a lot of money. If not, at least I’ll know they made an effort. I’ve been a loyal customer, but I’m very disappointed by their lack of interest in helping me. I hope they reconsider and take action.“

“Very nice people running it. got veggies pizza and meat lovers pizza. Both were loaded and tasted awesome. Unlike most places that give you a couple pieces of pepperoni or veggies so small you cant see them. Was loaded with veggies and meats, so good. Got the baklava too and it was superb. very pleasantly surprised. Made me wish I lived in the hood. Will stop here whenever I can. Try it, it's great!“

“We were hanging with a friend at Galway Bay Irish Pub on Stafford St. in Worcester, enjoying a delicious Bloody Mary, when we got hungry & decided to order delivery from Papa Flame right down the street. We shared a small Greek-style pizza, a crispy Caesar wrap, Buffalo tenders, & my friend had the chicken cutlet sub. The pizza had a perfectly crisp Greek-style crust, the Caesar wrap had the ideal balance of chicken, dressing, & lettuce, & the Buffalo tenders were crispy, juicy, & packed with just the right amount of heat. Great food, great drinks, & even better company made for a perfect afternoon!

He explained to us the ingredients and how he care about customers and let me tell you, it shows. “I found Olo about a year ago when my spouse was in a nearby hospital. I had looked up “ best Neapolitan pizza near me”, and they were ranked very high. I came in and loved it! Now I’m Hooked! “I stopped for lunch and ordered a BLT in a Syrian pocket...bacon, lettuce, tomato. I asked for double bacon done crispy and cucumbers. They did not disappoint! The pocket was stuffed with shredded lettuce, tomato chunks, slices of cucumber and tons of crispy bacon just like I asked for. It was very good!“

When they driver hadn’t shown up 45 mins after the expected delivery time and the owner of the first pizza shop telling me “it’s not his problem” and hanging up the phone on me.. I called Dean Park in a panic because at this point I had a class of 20 hangry preschoolers that needed to eat and get to sleep. They not only made my 5 pizzas in 15 mins but gave my son a free bag of chips for his birthday!! The pizza was delicious as always but nothing compares to their customer service!! “I have been dying for a toasted Italian just like Jason used to make 50 years ago. I called and ordered one and asked for it just like that and that's what I got. I couldn't believe how great it was, the aroma when I opened it, the oregano, oil and vinegar where the right balance just as I remember. My mother had a Greek salad which was loaded with feta cheese and fresh vegetables. I will definitely be back when I'm in Worcester again. Thanks for keeping it the same.“

“Fast, good, and reasonable prices. Nice fresh veggies on the sandwiches and in the salads. Pizza is good, standard, greek-type New England pies with a good amount of toppings and a nice sauce. A large sub, a large pizza, some chicken wings or tenders, a salad, and an app is enough food for a 6-8 person group and arrives in under 20 minutes for about $45 - you can't get that from Domino's.“

I haven't been here since June and now know why I missed it. Amy (at the bar) greeted me as I walked in, some of the other staff said hello and my favorite waitress-Maddy welcomed me back.
