first things first customer service was terrible didn't even greet us when we came in donuts were over $50 and we got 12 all the donuts were just as good as Dunkin' Donuts and extremely overpriced. The cereal, topped ones were soggy and stale. The chocolate had a weird taste, and none of the flavors stood out they were all very bland. Would not recommend.

This is a review of Rocco's delivered. We'd previously picked up donuts at a Rocco's near us. Very large donuts, very tasty. But we recently decided to try to have an order delivered to us, and it was a disappointing experience. First hiccup. Placed an order for a half-dozen on Thursday, with an expectation of "one-day delivery" giving us donuts on Saturday. Expensive impulse buy. When I'd had no email by Saturday, a query to them got me an answer that, while it makes sense, I don't think the order process made clear: Because they worry that delivery companies won't deliver in timely fashion on weekends, they were holding the order until Monday. And the order did arrive on Tuesday. Donut-free weekend, boo. Second hiccup: Donuts ordered for delivery are NOT the large ones you're expecting. They are Dunkin'-sized, which is disappointing for the price charged. Third hiccup: The donuts are extremely well-packed, each in their own plastic "cup" with lids. However, even with the donuts' smaller-than-Rocco-normal size, you WILL peel off some frosting of frosted ones when you lift their lids. These cups need to be taller, and ideally bigger all around to allow the "regular large" Rocco's to fit. I won't order for delivery again; the promise of convenience falls down, at a pretty high price paid. Good donuts, but only for in-store pickup.

The best donuts I've found in Worcester county. They have so many fun flavors and I can't wait to try them all!

Great location, easy access to rt. 20, hop off & back on without losing too much drive time. Truckers- not much parking, that is, if you have a big rig. Donuts are huuuuge & delicious. Well made winter hats available for purchase, along with shirts. Person working the counter was pleasant. Informed me that they also create custom donut platters for work parties or events. Website is easy to follow. This is a grab n go coffee place, no seating.

Nowhere to sit. Overrated - very bougie but the donuts just aren't that good (and very $$$). Often run out and close early.

We stop in at the Millbury or Worcester location about once per month. Staff is always friendly and the line moves quickly. These gourmet donuts are awesome! Usually pick up about four at a time and snack on these throughout the morning/afternoon. Some of our favorites are the maple bacon, the pumpkin varieties, seasalt + chocolate, cannoli, and coffee flavored donuts. Also, any of the cream filled donuts are great, too.

Though they are on the pricey side, Rocco's is still the best place for a gourmet donut. Every now and then I will drop the amount for a dozen of donuts for my grandkids but the smiles they make for them is well worth any price. A true favorite of mine and HIGHLY recommend.

Rocco's maple bacon is the best one around! Stop by here frequently when I'm out between jobsites.

Thier cake donuts are hand cut which I hope doesn't become a lost art. If you're looking for something different in a donut try Rocco's,they are a little pricey but it will satisfy your sweet tooth.

Try the apple fritter. The donuts are doubble the price of dunkin donuts but are 100 times better..... so the value is there. Get there early they make enough for that day only and popular donuts sell out sometimes.
