The servers work as a tandem helping each other, and I've only seen that at this level at Houston's... Google it. Met the owner, who is very kind and I formative. Wait staff are amazing and attentive. Brisket was competitive level great. Chicken thigh was very tender, beans were great, Mac and cheese was good.. but the atmosphere was authentic and enjoyable.
