Staff is rude and unfriendly; while I was waiting for my food they yelled at the customers 3 times. I've gotten the hash browns from them twice; the first time it was still frozen and the second time it was burnt. The bagel sandwich I got didn't have any cream cheese on it despite that being a part of the description; it was only partially cut in half, and the bagel was stale and not toasted.

I'm sure the staff is overworked and undervalued, but I'm not going back there

Ordered takeout from Bruegger’s Bagels and it actually hit the spot. The peppered bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel was delicious and the bagel was super fresh. Iced coffee was solid too. Everything traveled well and genuinely made my morning. A bit on the pricey side, but at least it was worth it.

Management should consider evaluating their staff. Apparently, they have a supervisor who thinks that she is a manager when she is NOT. Nicole, the supervisor, doesn't have only poor customer service but she is downright RUDE, OBNOXIOUS, AGGRESSIVE and ARROGANT. When she was showed the pick-up time in the web/online-order confirmation to be 8:50AM, she loudly tells that the app is wrong. When asked to speak with a manager, she pointed to herself and her colleague, Edward (who is not also a manager). When I was having a discussion with the Manager, Nicole just loudly yells at me. She said that she can rudely cut in the discussion because her name was mentioned. It could be understandable that there is a discrepancy between the POS and their web/online platform. But giving the customer an attitude instead of resolving the issue shows how little does Nicole know how to be a supervisor. I am surprised that Bruegger's has promoted a person with such poor supervisory skills. I feel bad for the staff who does better than her. I feel bad for the manager because obviously she walks on him with her attitude. Nicole is very UNPROFESSIONAL and UNFIT to be a supervisor.

I’ve ordered through door dash 3 times now, and this is the 2nd time they have forgotten to give me the cream cheese I ordered.

Visited today (11/16/25) and the experience was a total letdown. Ordered a specific bagel that was apparently out of stock, but nobody bothered to tell me. I waited a full 15 minutes staring at the pickup counter before I finally asked where my order was—only then was I casually told “oh, we don’t have that, pick something else.”
No apology, no heads-up at the register, no effort to make it right. Just a shrug and a wasted chunk of my afternoon. If you’re out of something, say it when the order is placed. Basic customer service 101.
Bagel itself was fine, but the complete lack of communication and accountability ruins the whole visit. Won’t be back. Terrible service.

The food was tasty, as it usually is. However, the customer service was awful. There was no communication between staff (who were mostly preoccupied with side conversations), so they forgot about our order until we reminded them. And then, when we got our cold brew, they preemptively poured in cream. I asked what they had poured in, he informed me, and then the staff proceeded to loudly complain about me asking for 2 minutes after we walked away. The staff were continually talking about customers both while they were there and when they had left. I would not return to this location because of this experience.

Simply awful. I asked for a skinny bagel, got a regular. Asked them to redo, got a regular again. No apology, no offer to redo. Not worth my time or money. Complete waste!

“My order at Burger Bagels in Hingham was made wrong. I called multiple times to get it fixed, but staff kept hanging up on me as if I wasn’t a paying customer.

Even worse, I personally witnessed a female employee (name sounded like Molly or Holly) come straight out of the restroom and begin preparing food without washing her hands or wearing gloves. When I raised this concern with Nicole, the manager, instead of correcting the issue they became hostile and called the police to trespass me from the property.

This was unprofessional, unsanitary, and completely unacceptable. I will never return to this establishment and will be filing a complaint with the Board of Health.

I am also pursuing this in civil court due to the unsafe conditions and the way I was treated as a customer. The store itself shows additional concerns, including visible mold on the ceiling, which raises even more questions about cleanliness and safety

I will be requesting the police body cam footage and I will be posting it as soon as I get it. Waiting for my lawyer to get me everything. He's sending them a demand letter i'll update a link to the body cam when it's available

ordered a brisket on an everything bagel and a bacon egg and cheese. i guess the people there don’t read!! had to be partially refunded through the app because they sent two bacon egg and cheese . Never again

I've been missing New York style bagels, and this spot near Quincy/North Quincy came the closest. They have a great variety of bagels and cream cheeses. We tried Asiago Cheese and Cheddar Jalapeno bagels with garden veggie and jalapeno spread.

The lunch sandwich menu is a bit limited if you're a vegetarian. The only option is the Leonardo da Veggie. Would’ve loved a few more choices.

All said, worth a visit if you’re into bagels!

As you can see from the photo, both bagels were completely burnt — blackened on the outside and tasting like straight-up charcoal. The smoky flavor overpowered everything. I don’t know how this was even served. Really disappointing. Staff just don’t care about the quality of the food.
