Just visited this location this morning (visisted many times in the past without problems) and it was easily my worst experience in any store I've ever stepped foot in..
Long story short I ordered bagels online to go (to try to avoid long lines) and walked into the store moments after, still waited in line which was perfectly fine and expected. When I got to the checkout counter I explained I had an online order and was hoping to select the bagels since it wasn't an option online (it was only 6 bagels), the girl at the counter said my order hadn't been completed and that it was no problem and asked what bagels I'd like.. a few minutes later I can hear people behind the counter talking about my order and why I didn't place it correctly in the first place.. so I walked over and explained again that I would have but it wasn't an option which is why I came into the store right after ordering and waited in line.
Ronald (who seemed to be in some sort of managment position not because of his actions but because of the way the rest of the employees acted stunned and unresponsive to the situation) got upset with me and explained that they no longer give choice of bagel selection and that you get the default, I said okay and that the women at the front told me something different and that's why I had requested certain types. He said we will fix the for today order but will up charge me for it.. I said great, no problem! A few minutes went buy and they are continuing with the line but ignoring me all while employees are staring at me but still nobody else is helping me with my order (which was already paid for) so I ask if I'm still receiving bagels and if I can pay the difference still because I wasn't being helped and wanted to get going. Ronald them became extremely upset, yelling over me anytime I spoke, berating me and accusing me of not understanding what's he's explaining to me ( which I did the first time.. no problem, it's a bagel, not a huge deal at all..) and then continued to shout at me across the counter and refusing to give me my order until he was done with his anger rant.. when his anger rant was over he told the employee to dump out the bagels they already bagged for me (the ones I had requested that he said were okay) and to give me the standard bagels that he had decided or was default because he was angry?? It was actually bizarre, especially because I was totally understanding of paying a bit more for my order because of what he had explained the first time.. not sure if this guy was having a bad day or not but he totally had a freak out in the middle of the store, on camera, infront of customers and employees..
Also I did try to speak to other employees but everyone just ignored me, I'm a young female, in the middle of this store alone, being berated by an angry employee and not a single other employee did a thing to deescalate the situation.. how scary.
What an insane experience, so unless you intend to be berated by Ronald at this location for simply being a customer, then I would avoid at all costs.

Terrible service and dirty store. Picking up an order and I couldn’t even get someone’s attention for 20 mins, literally. Sucks that there’s mostly kids working. I know never to accept an order for this location. It’s been a good 30 minutes waiting still.

If I could give an establishment less than one star, this place would be the first in line. I have never been treated so poorly. The host whose name starts with a “P” (you know who you are) and a particular sandwich-maker up front should really be talked to or they should reconsider leaving the service industry. The host was very dismissive and impatient when we tried to order our food. I quote, he told us “the Dunkin donuts is down the street” when we inquired about two bagel flavors that we had no idea were sold out. He lost his patience immediately. The sandwich-maker completely made my girlfriend feel uncomfortable by staring her down TWICE and giving dirty looks. Then he proceeded to posture at me and asked “if there was a problem” when nothing was even said to him! I will never come back here again. Corporate has been contacted because I have truly never experienced a lack of professionalism from an establishment. Simply rude and would never recommend.

Scammed out of $20. Ordered food online and waited half an hour past the pickup time, just for our food not to be made yet. Even better, they were out of everything. Now I have to hope the online form goes through because the people there certainly did not refund me.

Had the Vermonter ! It was very good . Wanted to drop a review because I loved the sandwiched and also because this place has mixed reviews. It’s definitely worth it! Will come back again no doubt

They should change the name to Bruegger's MINI Bagels, because they seem to be getting smaller and smaller. I didn't have a ruler in my car but I think it was only about 3 inches. Ordered the smoked salmon, had to check for the tiny thin slice of tomato. Got potato chips instead of the hash browns, who wants chips for breakfast? Not sure I'll go back to this location. I can see why there are lots of negative recent reviews so something needs to change at this location.

First time trying and I wasn't disappointed!!! The Bacon, Avocado, Tomato Egg White on an Everything Bagel was perfectly prepared and Twice-Baked Hash Browns taste out of this world!

Was just grabbing a quick late (for me) coffee around 8AM on a wk day after completing a charity bicycle ride of 75 miles; grabbing my car to head home. Tired af. Proud too! Expectations not so high to begin with. Boohoo under the low expectations…I ordered a dark black, plain, it tasted like only fresh vanilla, nooo I’m a #Bustelo gal (#youknowyouknow ☕️). Asiago bagel, toasted, egg and avocado. Each bite of that bagel felt like it lasted forever, rubbery, dried…you get it. Low stars for me! Thanks to the two gen-z working with patients, consistent, and thorough. It’s on the manufacturers.
Worst Breugger's bagels ever. Last few times I've been here my order was wrong. Also, waited almost an hour for a pick up order last weekend and then was given the wrong items. Will not be coming back.

Worst Bruegger’s in the country. Rude staff that acts like they are doing you a favor by taking your order. No consistency, bagels usually a mixed bag of half frozen bagels that didn’t proof before cooking.

Yeah so this location tends to have an edge to it, employees historically seem be from the inner city. Stood in line behind some guy that took 2-3 minutes to guffaw and finish up. The sign says “This way to observe the bagels first” and then “Proceed to payment”. Except as I was waiting to announce the selections one of the observers in the separate line had ordered directly from the rack and scooped the last bagel variety I had selected. “We have no more _______ what do you want instead”, said cashier, I said forget it if I can’t have ______ I don’t want any of the three bagels. Had paid by credit card but was refunded in cash, hmph, I guess I’m supposed to pay interest on my bagels if I don’t pay off my entire balance each month, hmph, and that includes not even having received them.

This place needs either better management or more training for the current staff. They are always running out of food. They close whenever they choose to, often well before 2:00. I walked in 1 day to pick up an order. Not 1 staff member acknowledged my presence as they were mopping, etc. When I asked what was going on, they looked at me as if I was stupid for even asking.
