Dunkin Donuts food is OK not really gourmet. The shop was a bit run down but the coffee and service were good. Donut a bit heavy but sugar when driving. Really stopped for the Wi-Fi at the bank and a wee. So this worked for me.

Repeated the order 3 times had them repeat order, when I arrived back to my house muffin had no butter Granted I should I have checked it in my car but had 4 other items and didn’t want to hold the line ? I did look in the bag at the counter and was missing ketchup asked once was ignored second time a young man gave me some but shoved it in my hand I guess I Inconvenienced him

There are two Dunkin' locations on Adams St.—one in Quincy and the other in Milton. This one is the latter. There is a small parking lot in the back, which is a bit difficult to turn into, as the entrance is quite narrow.
I went during lunch on a weekday, and it was overrun by teenagers and quite chaotic. However, service was fast and friendly. - Hot Churro Latte ($3.39): Tbh, I was most excited to try the whipped cream, which is supposed to be drizzled with caramel and dusted with cinnamon sugar, but I did not realize that hot lattes do not come with whipped cream. This just tasted like a normal hot coffee, so while it wasn't bad, it wasn't what I was looking for. - Chocolate Frosted Donut ($1.59): This was surprisingly $0.10 cheaper than the donuts from the Dunkin' a few blocks down in Quincy. It tasted how it usually tastes, so no complaints here.

Very nice experience here thanks to Tim, Tristen, Shazia, Emraan! They are very polite, fast and friendly with your order and they kept the line moving to get us our orders accurately and quickly. Great team. This is a busy shop due to location right off the highway. Parking is on the street and behind the building. The shop is updated, clean and nicely decorated. It's a pleasure to come here for dining or takeout.

Service is always great here but I was concerned to see that the staff was shivering behind the counter tonight! The store was cold! Someone needs to turn the heat up for them. Not good.
Horrible experience Thanks Karima. The rep today that sells stale coffee rolls then state to me after I paid and bit into the rock hard dry donut that it was made in the morning, its been on that shelf all day long. Its 5pm . You knew this and then you refuse to give me as a customer my refund or replacement. Your customer service would infuriate anyone that buys from this location. I was happy until you wanted to debate with me over a donut. Petty for a billion dollar business.
