No answer on the phone during open hours. There was another option to place an order through text but when you try it says they aren't taking orders and to call instead but again NOBODY answers! Horrible way to run a business.

This was a nice little shop, i loved the jars of sauce around the place, it looks like a true pizzeria! The lady that took my order was extremely friendly, and helpful with recommendations of what to get. Would come back again.

This place is filthy dirty. There are no customers but me and 3 staff. Could the staff maybe wipe off the 2 tables? Maybe wipe off the chairs. Gross. Why are all the bags of flour and cans of tomatoes taking up space as you walk in the door of this tiny place?

Really disappointed. We ordered 3 pizzas tonight (Saturday) for my family. I included a Gluten Free pizza in the order for my sister who suffers from a severe gluten allergy with celiac disease. The order came and the Gluten Free pizza was made on regular dough instead of Gluten Free dough. I called at 7:45pm to let them know that the order was incorrect. It took a few phone calls to get through to them as no one was answering. When they finally picked up, the guy on the phone told me they were closed and wouldn’t let me speak. When I explained to him that we were missing the Gluten Free pizza and that a family member has an allergy, he just yelled at me saying they were closed again and then hung up on me. Their hours online say open until 8:30pm; so I called 45 minutes before their closing time and they refused to help.
Not only was this really disappointing as a frequent, longtime customer, but it’s also concerning that they’re dismissive of an allergy. Luckily, we order from here very often so my sister knew by looking at the pizza that it wasn’t on the Gluten Free cauliflower dough. If this was another customer with celiac disease who ordered from Peel for the first time, they wouldn’t have known the difference, would have eaten the pizza and could have gotten very sick. Peel has been our go-to for years now, but we won’t be coming back.

On Easter Sunday we wanted pizza in the evening after a big lunch. I went on line for Milton and ordered a pizza and was given a pickup time. When I got there to pick it up, the restaurant was closed, obviously for Easter. However it allowed me to order and confirmed it but you weren't open.I assumed incorrectly that because I was able to order, with confirmation that you were in fact open.I called today at 4:51, and spoke to a young woman, she said sorry we were closed Easter and the system should not have allowed it. I explained that it did and there were 4 hungry and disappointed guests. She said sorry, I then asked her that's it and she said yes, and that was the end of the conversation. Very disappointing.

Really good pizza! Our order did not go through somehow and we were in a rush with our hungry baby in the car. The person working the store at the time graciously offered us a pizza that a customer had not picked up. True savior! We will come back, this time with our order truly placed! Thank you!

Ordered 2 pies on a school night: 1 hr later, called, girl said IDK where the delivery guy is, try calling back. 1.5 later called again, she said driver was AWOL, but don't worry, we'll hook you up with free pizza another night...Next night, call to get our "free pizza," guy said let me look into it, never called back.I can't blame the place for having a bad driver, but please stand by your pledge to make up for it.

I was impressed that the place that lists take out and dine in option does not have an on-site bathroom. Very hard to appreciate when a small kid asks to use a bathroom, it cannot be accommodated while we ordered and we’re waiting for our pizza…. Certainly an area to improve for future customers.
