On Easter Sunday we wanted pizza in the evening after a big lunch. I went on line for Milton and ordered a pizza and was given a pickup time. When I got there to pick it up, the restaurant was closed, obviously for Easter. However it allowed me to order and confirmed it but you weren't open.I assumed incorrectly that because I was able to order, with confirmation that you were in fact open.I called today at 4:51, and spoke to a young woman, she said sorry we were closed Easter and the system should not have allowed it. I explained that it did and there were 4 hungry and disappointed guests. She said sorry, I then asked her that's it and she said yes, and that was the end of the conversation. Very disappointing.

Really good pizza! Our order did not go through somehow and we were in a rush with our hungry baby in the car. The person working the store at the time graciously offered us a pizza that a customer had not picked up. True savior! We will come back, this time with our order truly placed! Thank you!

Ordered 2 pies on a school night: 1 hr later, called, girl said IDK where the delivery guy is, try calling back. 1.5 later called again, she said driver was AWOL, but don't worry, we'll hook you up with free pizza another night...Next night, call to get our "free pizza," guy said let me look into it, never called back.I can't blame the place for having a bad driver, but please stand by your pledge to make up for it.

I was impressed that the place that lists take out and dine in option does not have an on-site bathroom. Very hard to appreciate when a small kid asks to use a bathroom, it cannot be accommodated while we ordered and we’re waiting for our pizza…. Certainly an area to improve for future customers.

I ordered pizza from peels because my mother said this is one of the best places to get pizza. it was overcooked it was so thin and hard and burnt. It was such a disappointment and not just pizza but the cheese bread/garlic bread was just as bad and it was cold! I spent over $30-$40 And couldn’t eat any of it.

I was told this place was supposed to be amazing. Well I ordered from them an hour before they were closing on Uber eats. I got a Hawaiian and a margarita pizza. It had to be the worst tasting pizza I have ever eaten. The Hawaiian looked as if someone dropped it on the floor and then through it in the box. The taste was unbearable. I don't think I have ever not finished a pizza.

Ordered three pies from DoorDash and it was a quick turnaround on a busy rainy Saturday night. Really loved the arribbiatta! Think "wood fired thin" vs NY style pizza.
First time there for lunch today! Picked up a slice of pepperoni, and it was DELICIOUS! I'm very picky and like a high quality crust, and this delivered just that! It was on the thinner side (which I like) and crispy!! Can't wait to order more combinations!

This place is hit or miss with quality and I think it all comes from perhaps different people making pizzas their own way, I don't know what else it could be. I ordered a pizza today. It was soggy. The cheese and chicken and other ingredients were just sliding off the dough. Last week, it was perfectly done, it was crusty, everything was spread on it evenly. So, last week was 5 stars, today was 2 stars. Not sure if their oven temperatures vary or some people make them with less care and less time than the others but that's essentially it. Sometimes its the best slice of pizza ever, other times its not worth it. Also, in addition to pizza being watery today, there was a 4 inch hair stuck on one of the pieces.

The employee I encountered was very rude. I asked him I asked him about their service he gave me a Blank Stare. Maybe there's a big language barrier problem. I was getting ready to put in a pretty sizable order and he said that we open up at 11:30. Because he was smirking at me as we were talking which put me off I told them I'm no longer interested in doing any business with him and left. I was also concerned because I never got an answer whether he delivered or not nor did he seem to be interested in bridging some type of communication in what I was trying to do and virtually no empathy. I hope others have had better results than than I.

We waited over an hour and a half for a pizza and the delivery driver didn't knock or ring the bell. He left it on the ground. It's 28 degrees outside. Secondly the pizza looked like it got tip over it was all mashed together and extremely soggy. This was my first and absolute last time ordering from here!!!! Extremely disappointed!!!!!
