Yesterday I visites the Store and maria E. Was very sweet, and very welcoming and she actully gave me good service, and the bowl that maría gave me was great, I Hope that when I come back the other workers are as welcoming and sweet as maría was when i went to the Store.😁

Been coming here since it opened a few years ago, but since then the quality and service has gone downhill quick. Last time I went I received a completely wrong order. I decided to bite my tongue and give it a try anyways, but only ate a few bites of what I had paid for. Today was the same, my boyfriend and I each ordered a bowl and again got a completely different order. Not only was the entire order wrong, but everything in each bowl was poor quality. The açaí was complete liquid which tasted like sugar water and was way too sweet for both of us. We received maybe one spoonful of granola in each bowl, and no bananas. The fruit was visibly bad and tasted old. Even the peanut butter had a liquid/watered down consistency. My boyfriend was unable to eat his, and I only did because I’m pregnant and hangry at all times. This place has wasted a lot of my money lately and I won’t bother being disappointed again after trying to give the benefit of the doubt.

First time here and I am EXTREMELY disappointed. The service and workers were extremely rude to me. I did a “make your own bowl” but apparently that automatically comes with granola (even tho i didn’t list granola as something I want on it) so I asked them to please remake it without granola. The rude look and snarky comment I received from the workers was shocking. Not to mention when it was remade it was only filled halfway (see pic). I’ve been to playa bowls in the Jersey Shore and this service was HORRIBLE. Very upset. Wanted to love this location too.

What can I say… it’s heaven on earth in a bowl! To start… I’m always greeted by name (because yes this is my one & only location I go to!) and I’m literally serviced before I can even get to the register!! All of the staff are friendly and nothing makes me feel more delighted than staff that always gets my order right (most times without me even telling them what I want!). My bowls are always full & the fruit is always fresh! The service & bowls are soooo great that I have family members sending in special requests from this location only! I’ve been to many locations (even out of state) yet this is THE ONE! So to my fellow playabowls fanatics…trust when I say you haven’t experienced a “real playa bowl”until you’ve had a bowl/smoothie from Playa bowl Milton! 😉
