I stop by frequently before work, and drinks are made correctly most of the time or they let you know if they’re out of something when you come in the pick it up. Last week ordered a venti iced caramel macchiato and picked it up. I should’ve tried it in the store because I wasn’t aware they used sugar free syrup until I got to my car. Was going to run late if I went back in, so had to throw the whole thing away because artificial sweeteners give me abdominal cramps.

This place can literally never get it right. My husband goes cause it’s convenient but I’m literally all set. Can’t even get something as simple as a matcha with caramel. Says caramel on the label but not a taste of caramel or color tint in it. His place is awful.

This is my first time at this location and I will not be going back. I ordered a Venti Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso with vanilla cold foam. Which I get all time. I have never had an experience this bad. My cup was 1/3 empty… When I asked one of the employees why my coffee was not full to the top of the cup, they claimed it was because it’s a shaken espresso, and the foam goes down. I would understand that it if there was a little space in my cup. But it was literally 1/3 empty. Mind you I paid $8.00 for this coffee, a coffee that wasn’t even full. This is the worst experience of a Starbucks I’ve ever had and I do not recommend this location.

Getting really tired of this location being so stingy with their cold foam. several times now I have paid for cold foam and either get NONE or a WHISPER of it at best.

I pay almost an additional $2 for cold foam. I am tired of paying for something and either not getting it or barely having any of it when I pay extra for it.

I resort to this location purely out of convenience. I wouldn’t come here if it wasn’t so close.

Today was my first time at this location. Staff were efficient and friendly. I like how it is more spacious than many nearby locations and the outdoor seating is nice. I purchased two cream Frappuccinos : strawberry and double chocolate. They were made well and tasty. My only complaint is there was a bit too much ice and not enough milk. Overall a great Starbucks. I will be back.

Currently closed for renovations as of 11/6! Would be nice of management to post to Google for quick reference before people travel to the location like I did.

Reopened, great to have them back. Service is great, though short staffed and gets very busy when the kids get out of school. You also have "squatters" that just take up tables with no food or drinks next to them. Don't expect a table to work with your drink unless you get lucky. Adequate parking.

Just not sure how frappuccinos can be great at some Starbucks and totally suck at others like here. Bad training maybe. I won't go back here. I didn't take my first sip until I was on 93 so I wasn't going back.
