Hello, Yesterday night I ordered 3 Pizza’s from your establishment. (Nov, 29) And one of them came with a sliver missing from it and signs it was opened during an employees possession of the product. Yesterday night after calling back requesting a manager (around 7-8PM) , I was told my number was taken down with a note saying they’d be in that night and i’d get a call. (Never did) I called back today around 3:20PM I asked for a manager, Person on the phone said no manager was in today. Completely frustrated about this whole situation, and would like your company to fix it. (Delivery #65, on the 29th of November) If it also helps to look it up Order-taker was “Mike”. Haven't been in a very long while... These spicy peach wings are amazing!!! The steak tips were on point, I'm definitely going to be back at least two more times this week.

Pizza delivery supposed to be at 7-7:15 pm !! Actual delivery was at 9 pm and cold pizza ! I calmed multiple times and was told ‘ it is on the way ‘. I understand they were busy but then should not accept to deliver ! Worst experience . Very disappointed with the service .

This place absolutely sucks. Obviously I ordered food two pizzas and ask for chicken strips and got chicken wings that were completely horrible I would never advise anybody to order from this place I've never ordered from this place before in this place sucks

I hadn’t posted a review about Steave‘s in Milton about delivery order and I explain how they did not deliver to my area unless you spend certain amount of dollars and so on. Well, I got a call from the manager and he apologized profusely about my situation. He then explained about the delivery to that area and so forth, and I tried to take down the review that I posted, but I really did not. I do not know how to. I have been to Steave’s about three times since that incident and I must say the customer service is just as I’ve always experience exceptional and I do have to apologize. I should’ve called and spoke to this manager first before I put that review up. I still continue to go to CVs. I really enjoyed their food especially there fried chicken wings, but I must say again I apologize for my post and Steave is a wonderful place to go to get food. The food is very delicious and I wish I could undo the post that I put up Until I figure that out this post is just gonna have to do it but thank you again Steave for making it right explaining the situation and I really from the bottom of my heart appreciate it.
