The staff were super cheery and friendly when I passed through recently, giving me proactive updates about my order, which I'd punched in on my mobile app just seconds before, upon pulling into their parking lot. My order was nevertheless prepared quickly and exactly as specified. The coffee, sugary iced drinks, empty-carb baked goods, or zapped hot items won't be anything special, as this is Dunkin's fast food, but at least it's dependable, cheap, and oh-so New England. Very friendly and helpful staff member went above and beyond for my order to customize it per my request. It's the staff that can take an "ordinary" place like Dunkin' to greater heights. Much appreciated!
