Looking for breakfast places on the island can be a challenge. Noticing there's more accommodation outside than there is inside this particular day was raining so the inside was very busy. Very good customer service waited a little bit for fast food noticing the kitchen had an open window so you can see all the activity that was interesting. So I ordered the signature 45th sandwich on sourdough bread eggless cook perfect medium not to runny not too hard bacon was a little overdone cheese could have been a little more they included napkins on the takeaway bag order the hazelnut latte didn't really taste much hazelnut. I guess I'm a snob when it comes to lattes.

This was a great place. Good food. One suggestion to improve overall quality would be to move the bike rack out of the handicapped accessible parking spot. It is directly in the loading zone and prevents access for a wheelchair to be unloaded out of a vehicle and it blocks the ramp.

Edit: still has the handicap spot blocked by the bike rack as of this morning.

The best breakfast sandwiches and great coffee! Love the icy Surfside and their plain iced coffee as well. The service is awesome and the staff is so sweet, especially Bruno!

It's a great place with a spacious area, and the friendly staff makes it special. These guys make the best chicken wrap on the island! You should definitely try it.
