“Have been going here a long time but yesterday my sister had to go to ER due to blood sugar. The staff (and other patrons) were amazing. Stayed calm and called the hospital. Jeff, our waiter, confirmed we should go and packed evening up and even before that stuffed mummies himself with blue cheese. John, the manger, helped us and said the owners called to make sure all was ok. Btw the food and atmosphere is amazing. Going in 55 plus years there. Thank you”

“My husband and I go to Nantucket every year, and this was our first time at Greydon House; it was my favorite stay thus far on the island. Charming rooms, fantastic location and a chic restaurant on site. Tom, the manager (sorry if I messed the name up), could not have been nicer or more obliging, and was extremely knowledgeable about the island. Front desk team was very helpful as well. This will be my go to stay on Nantucket!”

“good food, a bit pricey, to the owner's I would say letting your staff carry around cell phones is a terrible idea. We were never asked if we wanted refills on our drinks, the server was playing on their phone instead of working. You lost an extra $8.00 of business. Just FYI.”

“We love the food and the vibe at Slip 14! It’s so nice to have an excellent but casual restaurant on the water. Teddy makes the BEST Bloody Mary’s we have ever had! The energy is so great with Teddy’s personal playlist on Spotify, football or golf on the TV. Between Teddy, Brennan and Timmy they are a fun tag team welcoming everyone that walks in. Between the 3 of them at lunch on Sunday Funday you can’t miss having a great time. We loved the scallop roll which is so unique, smash burger and the fish tacos. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

Everything I have tried there has been exceptionally fresh, and the atmosphere is so welcoming that it’s easy to settle in and stay for a while. Whether you're grabbing a coffee and a pastry or sitting down for a full meal, you can really tell they take pride in what they serve.”

“Group of 6. Main dining room, very nice vibe. Food was outstanding - best in Nantucket. Service was solid. Only mild disappointment was the unexpectedly large bill at the end. They include an auto 22% gratuity on groups of 6 or more. Thats fine and we’d have gotten there anyway but would have preferred to be told that, either by the waitress or on the menu. The charge slip includes the all inclusive bill plus an additional line for more tip, which i find bad form. Its a great restaurant- just be up front.”

“Had a really good time on the patio it was beautiful esp when it got dark. The branzino and risotto were fabulous and the house gimlet was really good too. My daughter has a celiac allergy so I’m always a lil nervous eating out but our server Natalie was amazing and went thru the whole menu with us real careful like. They got great gluten free options if you ask. Everything came out fast and was timed well Only thing is I wish the side carrots were a bit bigger portion. Overall very positive experience we’ll def be back in August”

“I just had the best 70th birthday dinner here! Chef Joseph created a delicious menu and paired wines. The Company Popovers accompanied a crisp Caesar salad, Wagyu beef and a lobster tail with smashed potatoes & broccolini was the entree, rounded out with “The Marriage of Crème Brûlée + Chocolate Mousse” and Dows Fine Sherry Port. The service was spectacular (thank you Johnny) and the intimate and cozy atmosphere made for a wonderful experience for my party of 10. I recommend this place for a singular and memorable experience!”

“We were in Nantucket Island for a day trip and attended the Daffodil festival. After the festival, we were looking for lunch and stumbled across BYB. There was a wait for a table which was understanding due to the amount of tourists. We were seated in the back of the restaurant, our server, Jamie W was fantastic and very attentive to our group. We ordered different items from the menu, the beef brisket were amazing. The seafood scampi was good if you like swordfish. The kids menu was good and my kids tried their BBQ chicken and the pork sliders. Overall, we had a good meal at BYB and would return again if we are back in Nantucket.”

“Oran Mor does a lot of things very well. Service by Trevor was excellent - thorough, friendly, and unobtrusive. The halibut and pea shoot and wildflower salad were particularly good and beautifully presented. Cranberry sorbet! (A little tart.) Music was lovely and at the perfect volume. It is cozy, beautifully decorated, a special dining experience.”

“This is a perennial stop for us yet exceeded our expectations this year. The menu selections combined flavors and textures in unusual and creative ways with great success. The roasted carrot salad was spectacular, as was the “Nantucket Reds” appetizer. The appetizer portions and lemon poppet dessert portions were on the small side but the duck entree was substantial and also a hit. We had friendly, attentive service by Archie and his support staff, and enjoyed the comfortable window bench seating and quiet, attractive indoor space. The outdoors is covered and equally appealing.”

“Topper’s is one of those places that perfectly captures the elegance and charm that Nantucket is known for. We stopped by to experience the hotel bar and beach patio, and it quickly became one of the highlights of our evening.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and engaging. The level of service and attention to detail was exactly what you would expect from a top-tier establishment. The atmosphere felt sophisticated without being pretentious, making it easy to relax and enjoy the experience.

We enjoyed cocktails while taking in the beautiful surroundings and then spent time exploring the beach patio as the sun began to set. The views were stunning, and the peaceful coastal setting created the perfect backdrop for a memorable Nantucket evening.

While it’s a little off the beaten path, the journey is absolutely worth it. Once you arrive, you’re rewarded with a beautiful property, exceptional hospitality, and a setting that encourages you to slow down and savor the moment. We would gladly return on our next visit to Nantucket.”

“We sat with some locals on the ferry over to Nantucket and they told us we had to stop by for their Acai bowl and other breakfast/baked good items. The pumpkin bread was delicious and I went back every day for another piece to go with my Chai which they made with steamed milk and it was delicious. I opted for the almond milk b/c they make it fresh in house. They seem to make a lot of items in house, as well as the granola and even the dog cookies for the pup cups (I overheard them talking about it). The ice cream selection was great too and one day I tried the Pumpkin- YUM! My husbands favorite was sea salt caramel on a chocolate waffle cone which we had never had before, but glad we did. The outdoor patio was also a good place to take a break and people watch.”

It was always my favorite part (as the ice cream soaks in the bottom of the cone) and was a little disappointed when I realized there was no bottom this time in mine nor my friends. Please bring the bottoms back!!”

We ate outside by the bar and despite a bit of rainy weather; we throughly enjoyed the atmosphere and cuisine; the service was excellent and we have earmarked a return visit this August.”

“This is not Karen this is Kenny B and this there is no finer place to be, I've Been Everywhere Man cross the mountain bear man breathed the Mountain Air man and there is no finer unless you're deep in a? Well you know, in the morning? Top Notch nothing but the best all around and Sam loves it too, my place also has a bartenderess named Sam what could be better, and as a bartenderess I have never met feiner and I have been around for those who don't know me, I'm not only an old hippie that don't know what to do but I've spent some time on both sides of the bar and she is Bar None Stellar personal service and you don't find that much no more oh, that's all I have to say about that, you will have to make your own decisions Beyond this report”

“Food was delicious and the portions were huge! Only complaints were that it was hot inside, we weren’t given a steak knife for the steak, and the steak was a little tough. But the salmon was amazing!!”

“We had a wonderful experience at Cooks Bike Shop. People asked us where we had rented such nice bikes! The staff were friendly and so helpful. It’s worth it to walk a few more blocks from town if you are renting a bike on beautiful Nantucket 👍🚴‍♀️☺️”

“This is a family business and you can feel it! The food, coconut based ICE CREAM and boba are all amazing. Genuine Thai ice cream flavors like ube, Thai tea and yummy toppings like sticky rice and mochi. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options available. Prices are affordable too.”

“During our time in Nantucket, a local raved about this bakery's "morning bun" to my fiancé! We stopped in the following day and after one bite, as advertised, we tasted the difference.”

“The 4 star review is for the staff. They work tirelessly and their efforts are appreciated. Despite a busy weekend holiday, staff really made the lines flow out quickly and efficiently.

Now to the beer. I must say I was dissapointed. It could not be my style of beer but I did notice the quality of cisco consistently falls sideways as they continue regional expansion, even their classics are somewhat unrecognizable nowadays. Fortunately for them they have branded themselves so well--most will equate it with Cape/Island Beach Beer..If you are a big IPA drinker, I can see the hype, but if you enjoy lagers and ales I'd skip wholeheartedly....

Overall, Cisco has a fantastic setup, I just thought the beer would be better.”
