This place was surprisingly delicious. I was very impressed with the half chicken. Food was the highlight and the service was great as well.
Loved it. Has the crab dip, little gem salad, half chicken and grilled shrimp main. Was excellent and the best “fancy” dinner we had while on Nantucket.
We had an exceptional first experience at Props while staying on Nantucket. The small plates had so many great options that we opted to share - cheese/walnut date bread, salt cod fritters, fried broccoli, hamachi crudo and pasta dish. The apricot pisco sour cocktailI was delicious as well. It was a standout dining experience on Nantucket - where there are many exceptional options we will definitely return.

The Proprietors Bar & Table offers a great dining experience in Nantucket. The restaurant provides a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a meal with loved ones. The friendly and wonderful staff are happy to help with the menu. The food is so fresh, delicious, and refreshing, with memorable dishes like the incredible roasted chicken, the great fire broccoli, a salad with delicious chunks of halloumi cheese, and two pastas. The lemon meringue pie ice cream is an incredible dessert that blows minds. The outdoor seating area adds to the ambiance. Guests have praised the food as beautifully executed, thoughtful, and delicious. While the dishes may be small, the variety and quality make it a great spot for a fun dinner out. The service is consistently excellent and exceptional, with staff going the extra mile to ensure a great meal.
