I had a second opportunity to eat at B-ACK Yard BBQ today, Christmas Eve 2023. I arrived just after noon and the place was empty. Yay.First I have to say that I grew up in Kansas City where barbecue IS life. A few years ago, I ate at SIX different BBQ places from the Wednesday before Thanksgiving through the Saturday after. One priced but not mad because of its location it's super convenient to eat here before or after a ferry ride. Their dry rub wings are missing something for me but overall decent 7.5/10 in flavor, texture, and doneness of chicken. One of my favorite side dishes from here is their macaroni and cheese, which is so good and made even better with the addition of cheese crumbles on top.
