From the moment we stepped inside, we knew we were in for an experience! The decor, the vibe, and the warm welcome set the tone for a fantastic evening with friends. The food - oh the food! Steaks cooked to perfection, tender, flavorful and presented beautifully. The sides were more than we could finish, and were the perfect accompaniment to the prime steaks. Our apps of wedge salad and thick cut bacon were to die for! Smokey bacon with pickled veg, just a perfect balance of flavors. Our server was courteous and attentive, the Chef checked on us to make sure the dinner exceeded expectations and the night could not have been more delightful. We can't wait to dine there again! Hospitality at its finest in Nantucket!!

Disappointing to say the least. Meat was not cooked to correct temps (filet overcooked, Porterhouse for two was ok but both over and undercooked and not much of a crust), fries good but WAY too salty, loaded potato undercooked (hard in parts) and cold, salmon was left mostly uneaten by my wife because it want very good in her opinion, tomatoes and onion app was tasteless supermarket tomatoes and raw onions with steak sauce - a real laugher. Dinner bread rolls came partially cold after clearly being defrosted, service slow, drinks OK. App and side selections weak. Salad was evidently good. Upstairs nicely decorated and comfy.

We are so excited about Billie's!! We absolutely loved everything about it!! The food was so delicious and they did an amazing job with the place. Our favorite part was the service, it's been a while since someone has let us just order when we wanted vs. putting the whole order in at beginning. The wine pour was also very generous!!!

We sat in the bar at a high top and loved it. The service was excellent. The sommelier recommended a fantastic wine. We had super fresh oysters and loved the wedge salad. The burger was excellent as well as the filet. Great vibe all the way around.

We had a great experience! Anna and her team were amazing! Mark, the bartender was great and our server Will was outstanding! The food timing wasn't rushed and was delicious! The ambience was lively and energetic! We loved it and will be back for sure!

For a steakhouse, the NY Strip was lacking flavor... I don't think there was any seasoning at all. The French Onion Soup was yummy. Wine list was great. Decor, music, vibes.. all great.

We've eaten at Billie's twice and unfortunately both times have had disappointing experiences. On the positive side, the decor is very nice and we (mostly) enjoyed the food. However, the first time we ordered a steak medium. The food took an hour to serve even though we were the first guests to be seated in the restaurant that evening. We had to send the steak back because it was raw. After waiting an additional 20 minutes, the steak was still rare and they ended up taking the $100(!) steak off of our bill. We wanted to give the restaurant a second chance though because the rest of the food was good. On our second visit, the service was extremely slow and it took 70 minutes for our salmon dinner and burger to be served even though the restaurant was not terribly busy. It would be great if Billie's is able to address the service and food issues, but unfortunately we can't justify paying their very high prices with these issues

I was a bit disappointed in the food. The salmon was decent and my buddy said his steak was ok, the shrimp cocktail was excellent. However, the sides were really not good. Stay away from the tomato and onion side for sure. I don't think the quality of the food justifies the high prices. The vibe was really cool, though - neat space and nice bar area.

Very disappointed. If you have ever been to a top steakhouse inn New York, Atlanta, Los Angeles, chicago you name it don't go to Billies if it's a steakhouse you want. This is a loud - obnoxiously loud- pick up bar that has a very mediocre menu. There definitely isn't any aspect of Billies that lets you think you are in Nantucket.

Billie's was as advertised. A nice addition to Downton Nantucket. There is no ther classic steakhouse, and Billie's is just that. The food was good, the service was good, the chef came out to ck on us, a nice touch. I would like to se one more seafood option. Maybe a nice classic Dover sole!

I was blown away by the decor at Billie's. The richness of the dark Venetian drapes along the walls with crystal chandeliers suspended from the ceiling like massive crowns. It oozes old-world charm! Let's talk reviews, yes, other diners reviews. Clearly, most diners do not understand the concept of a steak house. It is quite simple, the meat/beef is the main focus of the meal. The accompanying sides are also few but rich without the fussiness. Dear Naysayers, please educate yourself about a steakhouse before bitterly complaining. Also, how do you expect to eat in a grand restaurant and not pay anything under $$$? I like and understand the menu. The experience warrants the cost/menu prices. I shared the Ribeye with my daughter. The simple Green Salad was a good portion and wasn't lacking. Our server, Quinton from Ohio, was outstanding, not intrusive yet attentive. Congratulations to Anna and her excellent team, we look forward to our next meal.
