Ethos Wine Bar & Bistro is a great spot to stop for a drink before or after dinner. The bar serves imaginative cocktails, such as the Hootenanny and the ‘Flying High’ (their name for a Paper Plane). The service is friendly and welcoming, with attentive staff that make guests feel at home. Although one initial greeting may not have been ideal, the staff quickly turned the experience around, providing fantastic service throughout the evening. The atmosphere is cozy and charming, with tasteful decorations that create a speakeasy vibe.
